I’ve gotten everything from an oil change to recently buying 4 tires and an alignment. Mike was sure to get me in quick and Brandon handled finding me affordable tires to make me road worthy again. These guys don’t cut corners when it comes to the customer. Let them get you right!!

Mike gave me a quick and thorough estimate a day or so after the crash. We had the car in the shop within a week and the repairs (frame straightening, panel replace/repair and painting) were complete in less than a week late. The car is BETTER than new - the car was cleaned inside & out - even the tires were shined. Excellent work - I'd highly recommend taking your car to Lititz Collision & Repair

Very pleased working with Lititz Collision and Repair. I was able to pick up and return rental car at the garage. They kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks perfect, in fact it looks better because they detailed it after the repair. Would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

I just want to thank the team at LCR for taking care of my car when someone pulled out in front of me. Mike and the team informed me that my car was totaled but they communicated with me and helped with the process! Will be returning for any collision or mechanical needs in the future. I’ve had two separate and great experiences with Lititz Collision & Repair this year concerning my Tacoma pickup. The damaged rear bumper, tail light snd body panel and hole in tonneau cover (from an errant golf ball) were 100% restored. Mike and the team are exceptional communicators. The shop is also recommended by State Farm, my insurance carrier.

First timer, to Lititz Collusion &Repair, and it definitely will not be my last. They, are beyond STANDARD. From start to
finish everyone is so pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, the workmanship, is top notch. Prices, are lower then other shops, but the staff is UNBEATABLE. They had my car done in a timely manor, and the outcome was, My car had a MAKEOVER. I drove out of their parking lot with a Shiny Like New Vehicle. Thank You , everyone, But Kudos to Carl and Mike!!!! I'll be back.

Great service! The whole team went above and beyond! Mike the manager was phenomenal and supportive through out our wait. They were informative and restored our car beautifully!! It even looks better than before! I enjoyed getting local service where their focus is serving you the best way possible and the results are awesome!
