On Friday July 26th,2024 I went to Zayne auto services because my car had an exhaust leak and I also needed to get a motor & transmission oil change.... Zayne was a true good & honest person, he and his Secretary Were real nice and Courteous..... Zayne is real cool person, he went above and beyond and even stayed way pass business hours when it came to fixing my car.... my car no longer makes the noises it was making when it had the exhaust leak and it's no longer wasting alot of gas... I'm super content with the work that was done to my car.... I'm really happy with the services that I received and I'll be going back to soon with my car to get something else fixed...... I would definitely recommend Zayne to other people for there car service needs
Zayne Auto services will definitely have more business from me and In a will be going back in a few month for my car inspection and another motor oil change.... thanks you everything!! And I pray that GOD prospers your place of business!!!!

This will be my go to shop from now on. 5 years of living in Ephrata and it's very difficult to find trustworthy mechanics that don't try to take advantage and get the most money they can out of you. I called in near closing hours on a Saturday to have a problem fixed that was caused by another local shop. I drive a 2018 WRX and my car was inoperable. I was calling to set up an appointment. Because I was local, this man drove to my house at 730pm on a Saturday to help me out. He found the issue (clogged main air intake sensor) and fixed it in an hour. Saved me hundreds of dollars on towing, renting a car and days waiting for another shop to even look at it. I cannot recommend them enough. Genuinely good and honest people.

Found Zaynes purely by chance, and I'm very happy I did, because not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he's also just a genuinely good person who wants to provide a quality service at an affordable price. No upselling, and he even looked into a few issues my car was having that were unrelated to my visit there, then gave me options to fix them. If I could go higher than 5 stars I would, and I will definitely be back.

I want to take a moment and express my gratitude to Zayne. He was beyond professional, kind and respectful to my son and me yesterday. My son has been looking to purchase a car for the past couple of months. We found a car at a dealership in town. My son and I live four hours away so we don't know the area. My son found Zayne's Auto Service and called to make an appointment for the used car my son was interested in buying.
Zayne inspected the car thoroughly and showed us areas with the car that needed to be addressed. Zayne took the time to explain each detail. When my son ended up not being able to purchase the car due to the dealership conducting some shady business (selling the car while we were test driving it), we went back to Zayne and told him the story. Zayne was very supportive of my son who was clearly devastated about not being able to purchase the car. Zayne offered words of wisdom and then said he could help put my son in contact with a friend of his who could find a car for my son.
Thank you Zayne for all of your help, kindness and professionalism. If we are ever in the area again, we will stop by to say hello.

Ben definitely went above and beyond. I took one car in for inspect which was quick. He also helped me out with getting a spare key for my other car. I will be back.

This is the second time taking my car to Zayne, once for new brakes and this time for inspection/emissions, and I am again a happy customer! He went above and beyond! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Zayne. Your car will be in good hands and the prices are very reasonable. I won't go anywhere else for repairs or inspection. Thank you, Zayne auto services!

Last week I brought my Camry for an oil change and inspection.
Zayne was very friendly and professional. They have even washed my car and above all they are open on Saturday.
Zayne will be my only Auto shop to fix my car in the future and I would certainly recommend them.
