Piper was extremely helpful, there was an issue with the script and she called the Dr and got it resolved in order to dispense the item.

Not a big fan of this place. They gawk eyes at you as soon as you walk in. Especially if your patient is a person of color. And then talks about another employee in the back while you’re sitting there waiting. I’m a nurse and came in with a patient and the lady says she spoke to me on the phone to pick up a walker, but she somehow entered my patients name in the system wrong. She basically flipped the patients first and last name around. She then proceeds to help adjust the height of walker for my patient but stands there’s and gawks at my patients purse on the chair. After she’s done, she goes, “ okay that’s all I have for yo” and we’re like thank you, and still stands there and waits for us to leave and still stares at the purse. So money hungry. Can’t help but think they do the bare minimum and still is bad at their job and just wants the insurance money. Crazy.

I had the fortunate opportunity to be helped courteously and wonderfully by Vicky, she is not only Compassionate but willing to understand heartfully the needs you have. I had a Mastectomy 6 years ago and finding the right bra is important to me. She totally made me feel very comfortable during the process of fitting which I appreciated. I encourage you to set an appointment with Vicky, she's a GEM. ♥

My 2nd experience with this place. What a joke. They don't get orders from doctors via the system, they deal with faxes.....its 2023 for God's sake.No wonder the the staff at Wellspan hospital say they suck !!!

Everyone in the store was very polite. Two people asked me if I was being helped. The person who helped me, Amanda, was nice, professional, and very thorough. I'm glad I chose them.

The service person was Vicki. Many other negative reviews. Very rude with horrible customer service skills. Respectfully she needs total retraining, put in a non customer contact position or let go. I was in customer service for over 50 years and led a tem of 16 people.

Good luck getting done with them. All we did was play phone tag on 3 different occasions and even showing didn't help. It's been 2 years I'm still waiting for them to get me my ankle support but don't worry I had surgery instead. It's been about 9 months I've been waiting for a walker but don't worry I found one for $20 on a social media app. Now I need a cane from you and I still haven't heard from you. No matter how many times I call, I get the runaround. No matter if I show up or not I still get the runaround. So I give up!

Horrible. I came on here to write a review after my experience and I'm not surprised at all to see how many other bad reviews there are. It seems we're all talking about the same rude "lady". I checked her name tag before we left. Her name is Vicky and from the second I walked into the door she was rude to me. I had never been there before and needed to drop off a piece of equipment. She instantly acted annoyed that I was looking around and trying to figure out where to stand in line since she was with a customer. Even though I was standing there waiting she was taking her good time chatting with another woman about personal things. She didn't explain to me at all about what I needed to do to drop off my piece of equipment and just very rudely declared that she was "with a customer and she's only one person".. I told her I simply needed to drop off the equipment and my newborn and 17 month old we're both crying in the car and again she was completely rude and not sympathetic at all. Come to find out there were two other employees in the back that could have been helping me but instead of getting them to begin with she unnecessarily let me stand there and wait for 20 minutes. I didn't understand why I couldn't leave the equipment on the desk and go. All she had to do was "give me a receipt" which I didn't need or want anyways. I thought I was being helpful dropping off the equipment since I lived close to the store. My doctor told me I could just put it in a box on my porch and ups would pick it up. I should have just done that. She was snarky when she gave me the receipt. Again, telling me she was just one person and then very snarky said a few remarks as I was walking out the doorShe's a miserable human being and I don't understand how she's still employed there after reading all these reviews.Completely unhelpful, rude and should not work with the public.

My doctor's office sent over an order on June 8th that has yet to be filled. I've called countless times and left messages. I've been able to speak to their dropship person once, who proceeded to state there was an incorrect code for billing my insurance and was waiting on my doctor's office to fix it. I tried to give her my insurance information, but she said she didn't need it... what!? Poor communication and terrible customer service! Fill my freaking order please or at least call me back with an update!

Ok, the few times that I had to come into the store, they were helpful. I went through an issue after I had moved that lasted over a year, where they had continued to send my drop ship to my old address, and I would have to go pick it up. Apparently, every time I said something, they had checked my bill to address instead of my ship to. Took me finally getting angry to fix it. Now they ask that you leave your email if you want order/ship updates by email. I do. Every single time. I received one order confirmation in December of 2020. I am aware that I had ordered. They change the frequency of how many months supply I am to recieve, without notice or reason, and they will not order me more than a two week supply of barrier strips, all of a sudden.

Took my husband there for a walker, need one only 21 inches wide so he can get through the doorways at home. No help at all, my question was can you order one in? No you can go to Reading, or Lancaster but nobody carries that size. Now I do happen to know they make them because we just ordered one from Amazon. Thing is Medicare won't pay for it because Amazon doesn't take Medicare. Wellspan medical equipment could have ordered it from their supplier they just didn't want to be bothered. Won't go there again!

They sold my friend a $25 nebulizer for $75. But not before saying he's getting a real bargain because it was $100. I showed him 4 places online with the same machine, all under $27.

Excellent customer service. Professional, low-key. I was sold a device from another (dishonest) medical supplier, they took an hour explaining how it worked, how it should work, helpful suggestions. No pressure. Showed me that what was sold as the latest machine was actually 5 years obsolete. This helped to get my money back, and they then expedited the purchase of the correct equipment at a lower cost and 10 times better results. Yes insurance etc. can be frustrating but they do the best they can in navigating. I always felt they had my best interests at heart
