They are rude as hell here, especially the lady who works the counter. They need to shut this office down.. they are much friendlier and helpful at the Akron office.
New carrier for my neighborhood is slow as hell to.. Im lucky I get my mail by the cutoff point for the day now. He needs to move a little faster.

Mail that is showing on my app for three days yet that piece of mail never gets delivered. Also they never answer their phone. Horrible service
