The young man that is always working. Sorry forgot his name is awesome. Please give him a raise. I'm elderly and live alone. He is always friendly and kind. Love this turkey hill. You have an excellent employee. I'm afraid this won't be read but I hope you take this to heart.

very rude cashier, they stop coffee at 8pm even though they are 24 hours, they charge for ice and cups which is fine but i bought a bottle of soda to go with it (which is more expensive than fountain, and you get free ice with that)

First time coming here and definitely my last. The guy working here who’s name starts with a J I believe is EXTREMELY rude and should not even be allowed to work around people. I go to several turkey hills all over and he tried charging me double for a refill and rudely telling me my cup is big (it only looks big but holds a XL size drink) and when I showed him it wasn’t large on the inside he made a snarky comment and then told me next time I come in he’s charging me double. Don’t worry sir, I WON’T be back.

I was just in your store and brought milk up to the counter that was clearly marked $1.49. It rang up $1.89 and told JAKE the cashier the price said $1.49 and asked if he could please check it. He said, " no, I don't care that's what it rang up as". I asked him again to please go check and he said, if I don't like it call his boss because he doesnt care". I was in total shock how I was treated by JAKE. I took my business up the street to the Turkey Hill in Akron. Never again will I give this Turkey Hill business and I plan on going to corporate about JAKE'S attitude.I also intend to all my family and friends not to patronize this place.

I think the people who had bad experiences must be reflecting their own moods because I've never had a bad experience here. All the employees are kind and helpful. The only thing I don't like is the Styrofoam cups. The lids don't stay on and I have dumped my drink on the floor several times. A guard like whats used on coffee cups might work, if stiff enough to slip over the Styrofoam and hold the cup without crushing it.

Just returned from this Turkey Hill. The guy currently working there (bigger gentleman with grayish hair and glasses) was NOT wearing a mask, not even under his chin. Absolutely no mask in sight.

Stopped in to get drinks for work. Got to the register and made a gesture to the cashier the girl by the other register scratching off her lottery tickets didn't have a mask on. The cashier didn't do anything about it. Well they lost my business and several other of my friends in the area.

RUN AWAY! DISGUSTING!! They take used coffee cups out of the trash and put them out to be used as new, GROSS......it makes you wonder what they put in their coffee!!! WARN OTHERS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!

Seems like every since the new company bought out Turkey Hill the experience in the store are horrible now. Under supplied or the employees just don't want to do their job and it's not just the store in this review it is all of them.

Worst customer service ever. Went in there to get one of the prairie city bakery cookies bc I'm obsessed ever since I got pregnant and the young lady with short blonde hair and glasses rudely was like you neeed to go to another register I'm counting my drawer. Clearly I knew that I could see im not blind also there was two people in front of me I wouldn't have cut Infront of them. After she said that I didn't even want to give my business to that store so I put my slurpee down and told them I'm not buying anything and walked out. I went to another turkey hill and what a difference they were so nice and greeted me as I walked in and when I bought my slurpee some of it dripped onto the counter and the cashier gave me a napkin and said that happens sometimes don't worry about it ! This was at the location by Oregon pike
