The employees here have been rude everytime I’ve gone in. Last time I went to return a package from Amazon, I got snapped at by an employee. This time I called ahead to make sure my print was ready and the employee was telling me “it’s done it’s done it’s done” before I could even get the question out of my mouth, and then rude in person of course.

I had difficulty in buying HP ink for my computer. I wanted to buy the "X" cartridge but when I got home, though it fit in nicely, it was said to be not effective. I had to exchange for the "A". The store graciously allowed the exchange.

Lady at the front desk was unnecessarily condescending and rude when assisting. Customer service could be improved.

I get documents printed here with good turnaround time and friendly service. For the number of copies I need, it is more cost-effective than buying and maintaining a printer at home

Not helpful with the customer, rather them do it online then help them do it and make them seem uneducated.

I had a great experience with printing once with a girl who was around the age 25-27 years old. She helped me out with my wedding invites immediately and printed with paper that i brought in with no issue. She was great! She didn’t make me wait another day but rather did it right on the spot. But there was another more older lady that was working today and she was EXTREMELY rude. She was no help at all and gave me a lot of attitude. She didn’t offer any help or any other option for what I needed done. Mind you, I had brought the same exact paper that I used for my invites yet she REFUSED to help me.

I was just at the Staples in Ephrata, and the woman behind the copy and printing area was very rude. I asked if she could help me print something out and she told me to go over to the printer and tell me when I need help and she was the rudest person. I just left the store

Lady in the print center was very unhelpful. Just told me to use the self serve printers.There is no way to adjust the printer to fill page with print file, so it printed too small.I paid for my junk print

This store had exactly what I was looking for on Saturday September 9, 2023. The associate at the front of the store told me which isle the item I was looking for which saved me a lot of time searching.
