“These folks are wonderful!!! Bought kayaks here 12 years ago. For reasons beyond my control, I have not been able to kayak for the past 3-4 years plus I got a new car and had to have my Yakima rack “updated”. Called Dale and explained the situation. He said, “No, problem. We can retro fit it to the new car.” (I changed from one Toyota model to another. ) I had the rack installed today and explained because it had been so long since I used the rack, I needed EVERYTHING re-explained. After installation, Duane was amazing!!!! He took all the time I needed to explain, show me things, and answer ALL my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or hurried. I would highly recommend these folks. Great customer service and super nice. Good job guys.”
