The wiper fluid is full of trash, even the ones with no trash are absolutely disgusting and made my car smell like poo because the fluid is so old and nasty.

Customer service was friendly but they did not place plastic utensils for MTO food in an accessible spot to use. I.had to search all over the store and found some in a corner near the drinks.

I tried several sheetz during my 3 day trip in the Lancaster area. This one is my favorite. This location is right at the 222 intersection. They have a lot of gas pumps as well as tesla charging station. I stopped here to grab some breakfast. The order processing is simple, with a lot of screens to order. And your food will be ready and you can pick it up. I got my breakfast sandwich. Prepared very fast, it definitely tasted much better. Nice place maintained very well and clean.

The Manager was super nice! I asked if I could buy a bottle of Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce and since they had enough, he allowed me to purchase a bottle. Great customer service and very happy guy over here!

Ordered frozen drinks from MTO. Saw that MTO was busy. Expected a long wait. I was not wrong. Store needed some cleaning. Area in front of MTO was littered with paper scraps. Men's bathroom trash cans were overflowing. One of the sinks was filling up with used paper towels. In general, the bathroom just needed some attention. Brought the bathroom situation to the attention of the cashier. She acknowledged that the store was busy and that they hadn't gotten around to it. Perhaps they were understaffed? Cashier was friendly.

So I never do reviews, but I gotta give a shout out to my girl Hailey she was super friendly and helpful with prices of products and patient when I was counting my change and even covered the difference out her own pocket when I came up short. Straight up y'all don't pay her enough for her work/attitude she deserves a raise. Keep up the good work you are awesome

The worst customer service from any Sheetz I’ve ever had. I placed an order 3/23/24 and was missing an item. My wife picked it up. It was late at night and the point of ordering something is to get all your items and not have to go back out.
So I call this location and a woman speaks like she has zero interest to help me. I tell her I’m missing an item and she tells me “I can give you a coupon… that’s all I can do” I ask if I can come get it tomorrow. a “coupon” sounds very weird in the first place. She replied “um… no, you’d have to come now because I….” And then she hung up on me.. I proceeded to call back 3 times and it just rang… for minutes on end…. So now I am going to do my part in helping this location be better and reach out to the ones I need to reach out to to get this issue resolved so other people don’t have to worry about paying for food they never get and not being refunded.
The woman I spoke to needs reevaluated on her customer service skills. I believe her name was Hailey/ Kaylee

Cashier Lauren with the bun and hat with all the pins was rude rolled her eyes and was just not nice! Should get better people to work with customers.
