First time customer to fix a pair of golf shoes. Very reasonable pricing; some residual adhesive where it shouldn’t be. Otherwise I’m happy with my repair.

My hubby needed new heels on his shoes. One by one, cobblers in our area have been aging out of the business and passing away. I Googled and found Sauder Shoe Repair (Fairmount Show Repair…signage says) and called to make sure they would be open the next day. I think their place was difficult to find and I encountered a “bridge out” road on the way. The shoe repair shop is on a farm. When I talked to the young man who greeted me, I asked if someone could possibly work on the shoes while I waited. The owner came out and did just that for me, although that is not their common practice. It did work for him this day. He did beautiful work and at a very reasonable price. I recommend this business.

Very good experience for us.
Fairly priced, quick return.
He did a fantastic job bringing my old boat shoes back to life. A little limited with thin/fine pieces but still offers a good service at a fair price.

Is it weird to say this was such a fun experience! I took my heels here, to get new heels, and the service was great, straight forward, timely, and kind. They had them done in a week with a price less than $20… I PROBABLY could have just bought a new pair of shoes thrifted at that price, but if was a fun experience, would definitely recommend repair your shoes here, especially if it is a sentimental pair or something like that. My heels are now as good as new ;)

They put new stacked leather heels on my $280 Tony llama boots it was the poorest quality work I have ever seen that's no exaggeration they were barely acceptable plus it took them two weeks but the price was right I wouldn't recommend them at all.
