I had ordered an arraignment for my Mother's birthday last week.
It had beautiful pinkish carnations, white & pink daisies, and a beautiful pink rose on top. She received it on her birthday. But by the next day or so she discovered it was losing water from the container. Thinking the container had a leak, she took the floral foam & arrangement out and put it in another container.
I messaged Royers and asked for a refund because her flowers were wilting already.
Then she got to looking at the original container & realized the plastic liner was bent over probably from when the florist put the floral foam inside, thus not retaining water for the flowers She told me about it. So I called Royers about what happened. And they apologized for the bent liner & flowers not lasting. They backed up their 8 Day Guarantee and sent a new arrangement to my Mother. Needless to say we are both very pleased with Royers customer service. Customers for life.

Once again the ladies at Royer’s in Ephrata did a fantastic job! The flowers hubby ordered for our anniversary were absolutely GORGEOUS! The delivery driver -not sure his name- was just as wonderful. He was so pleasant and wished me a happy anniversary, saying he and his wife just celebrated 47 years. It was a special day that Royer’s helped make feel extra special! Thank you!

Their flowers last for a very long time. I had these delivered on Valentine’s Day and this picture was taken today (3/10, 24 days later). I would highly recommend them for your flower needs.

Most definitely need to get new drivers! Driver yesterday morning around 8:15 drove through a red light at Parkview heights and Rothsville road. It wasn't even a yellow to red and he missed the mark. No, he drove through a stale red light. Dash cam video caught it. That intersection is extremely busy and this is just carelessness. Definitely won't be recommending them to friends anymore just to keep them off the road ??♀️

Excellent customer service! Just made a second visit to the store. Both times, Chanice assisted me with selecting arrangements. She offered great suggestions, being mindful of the budget. Will definitely use again for floral services.

Their selection was a little low but was able to find something for my wife having our 7th child. They did a good job wrapping up the steam in a water soaked sponge for the hot weather. I got the “Handful of Happiness “ bunch and added a hydrangea since that’s my wife’s favorite flower. Great place to buy flowers. Been getting them here every baby born at the Ephrata hospital.

I’ve only ordered flowers through there Ephrata store and every employee has been extremely kind and extremely helpful. Their delivery service is very quick and they are quick to please and accommodate your delivery to get it to your destination in a very timely manner.
