They have A class service there! And, the prices are the best around! I will continue to spead the word about Red Run Exhaust and their amazing prices! My price was cheaper than there quote! I will get my car inspection done by them. They have proven to me twice so far that they are as honest as the day is long! My family won't go anywhere else!

This place is a go to if your in the Lancaster area. Prices are unbeatable, i got a quote and when the job was finished it came out much lower than expected. they also take you out under the car and explain and ask what you want, this place is great for anything exhaust wise!

Highly reputable shop. Well worth the 20+ mile drive. I would come here even if it was further away! I had a broken connection, I didn't know exactly what to do, and so the nice woman behind the counter had a mechanic come out and look at the car with me for diagnosis. He worked with my preferences, and got the job done in just about an hour!! I arrived at 9AM, my car was in the shop by 9:40AM, and they were completely finished around 10:40AM!

Extremely disappointed by the customer service here. My fiancé came here to get her catalytic converter replaced and we had multiple mishaps never resolved by the staff. To start off, when making the appointment we weren’t told that there were multiple locations, so we dropped off the car at the incorrect location (definitely partially our fault). However, they just let it sit at the incorrect location for a full day and the actual location never tried calling to ask where it was AND the other location didn’t call to tell us that it wasn’t at the right spot, so there’s a full day wasted and we had to reschedule.
To step up their game, they proceeded to finish her car on the next date and call us and say they left the keys and an invoice in the car. We drive 20 miles that night to pick it up and the car is unlocked with no keys or invoice anywhere in sight. So we called and left a voicemail and had no choice but to leave without out car, and called another FOUR times on a business day with absolutely no response - we had to have their second location contact them just to get our car back. Absolutely no apology, no explanation, no communication. Disappointed and surprised this place has decent ratings.
