My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a polywood outdoor patio set. They didn't have the style we wanted on display so the Sales Manager, Marlin, went to their warehouse with his colleague and built it for us in under 30 mins. This allowed us to try out the set and see firsthand the excellent quality of the product. Marlin was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. We were blown away by the high level of customer service. We will be buying more furniture here in the future!

Quite a league operation in furniture making....I had them make a toy chest for us and it turned out great. The finish is perfectly smooth and made out of 100% solid oak wood.

Nice selection but poor service. I was ready to purchase a new bedroom set for our new home. I am a young female who came without my husband, and not one sales associate offered to help me. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this treatment in this area. I got a few passing hellos but more than one associate would walk past me to get to other older customers or couples to ask if they needed help with finding anything. And there were no lack of free associates either, standing around without customers or rearranging pillows. I even sought out two different associates with questions and got brief answers, with no offer for help. I was made to feel as if I were taking away their precious time from “real customers.” Shame on them.

Once again we have had another wonderful experience with Martins. We purchased a new couch and loveseat. Due to the pandemic, there was a huge manufacturing delay. However they informed us of that and kept us in the loop of the status. The delivery guys were awesome. They did a great job of bringing it into the house and protecting things during the installation. We have used Martins for all of our kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and our kitchen table. We would not hesitate to go there again or recommend them to anyone looking for good prices and service

We HIGHLY recommend Martin’s Furniture! We were amazed with the selection, quality, and personal touch of Martin’s. Marlin worked with us to customize an amazing set of bedroom and dining room furniture and the result is the finest furniture we’ve ever seen. Marlin custom built a large live edge dining table for us that fits our room perfectly. The workmanship and design is world class. Martin’s was even able to order poly wood deck furniture for us that was hard to come by during a materials shortage. Through the whole process, they kept us in the loop exchanging photos and fabric samples, and arranging the most careful and convenient home delivery we’ve ever had. You can’t do better than Martin’s!
