“Felt the need to write this review after the customer ahead of me in line was extremely rude to the employees.. as someone who always has Amazon returns I find myself here quite often (lol) and the employees are consistently kind and extremely patient. They will even go as far as insisting to help me carry the packages from my car into the store if they can see I have my hands full with my little guy. By far my favorite UPS location :)”

My husband and I relied on Lancaster Shipping when we first moved here, since we didn't have a permanent home, and needed somewhere reliable to send our mail. One year later, and we still come to Lancaster Shipping whenever we need to mail a package or large envelope, even though we now have a permanent home only a few blocks from the post office! I know I can trust Lancaster Shipping, and the atmosphere there is calm and inviting, too.”

“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours. Check review photos for a pic of their real hours.”
