I bought my Brother TN-399 Series color laser printer/copier from Laser Lab almost three years ago, and I am thrilled with its performance! The high-yield cartridges truly are "high yield"--I have yet to replace the one that came with the machine! Granted, I don't do as much printing as some other businesses, but my previous printer (which I bought elsewhere) needed new cartridges about every 3 months. Also, with my former printer, I haggled with paper jams constantly. I have had ZERO jams with the printer I purchased from Laser Lab!

Laser Lab was fantastic! I operate a business on my own, so my printer is essential. They had the parts I needed on hand, and finished the same day. The price was very reasonable. I would suggest them to anyone!

Amazing customer service and attention to detail. I needed to purchase a laser printer for my business and they took the time to learn what was the right fit for MY business and NOT what the most expensive printer that they could sell me was. I highly recommend calling Laser Lab before you invest in your next printer, ink cartridge, or managed IT service.
