The showroom at the Ephrata location had an excellent selection of mattresses to trial and compare. Our sales consultant, David Grubb, was so helpful in guiding us to identify the right fit for what we were looking for in a no-pressure environment. It was evident that David is very knowledgeable about the products and brands they sell and went above & beyond to personalize our buying experience —spending extra time with us to narrow down our likes & dislikes to guide our decision. My husband and I would 10/10 recommend shopping with Lancaster Mattress Company.

Upon entering the Lancaster Mattress store in Ephrata, PA, we met Dave Grubb. Without feeling any pressure he told us about the different style mattresses, firmness vs softness and suggested we take off our jackets and try as many out as we wanted to as he described the different models. Dave was very knowledgeable and detailed and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and it was a pleasure dealing with him. My husband and I look forward to the delivery of our new bed next week! :-)

Vincent was very knowledgeable of the mattresses and other products I was deciding between. With his experience and expertise, he communicated the details of each, in the end letting me to my decision of the mattress I a currently sleeping much better on.

We walked into the Ephrata location and were immediately greeted by Ginny. She described all of the mattress brands available and then allowed us to try all that we were interested in. She was attentive but allowed us to trial and ask questions without any pressure. We purchased a mattress today and are thrilled with the price. Ginny told us that she has worked for this store and the same owner for 20 years. I think that alone speaks volumes about the integrity of this business. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic from Dave at Lancaster Mattress in Ephrata. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that we were left alone to try them out a bit, after he explained the differences between them all. We decided to check out the Lancaster Mattress Company in Ephrata, PA. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Dave. He gave us the best information on what type of mattress to buy. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Instead, Dave explained all about mattresses and how they were made. We were able to take our time to try several different mattresses. Dave was very personable and clearly answered any questions we had. It was a pleasure to shop at this store. When we had all the information that we needed, we decided on buying 2 mattresses. We highly recommend this business. The service quality was truly exceptional. And Dave really knows his stuff!

I worked with Ginny, and she worked with me to find the bed that best fit my needs! She was knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and that made it easy to find the perfect fit! Finally, it's locally owned, which I loved to support locally owned businesses! I most definitely recommend The Mattresses Company!

I worked with David at the Lancaster store and then realized there was one closer to my home in Ephrata so I went there because I had a few questions to ask. I was immensely pleased to see him at the Ephrata store too. David is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable in the mattress business and was extremely helpful. I purchased a new bed with an adjustable base and I can't wait till it gets delivered. David was awesome, no pressure to buy and he helped make my decision easy and painlessly. Thank you David.
