Congratulations Kylie on the acquisition of your beautiful Salon! I know how hard you are working, trying to accommodate not only your clients, but Lisa’s, with all the extra hours your are now working! Thankfully I have been scheduling not only my next appointment, but also the one after that, so I am able to get the date and time I want . Hopefully others will understand the need to do that as well. You have been cutting my hair since you started working, and I won’t go to anyone else. I love this place! So I always did my hair with a hair salon in lancaster city but I live in Ephrata now and it’s been such a hassle to go there.. I would just let my hair get longer and longer cause I didn’t want to go to the city anymore. So I looked around and read about this place and it’s awesome! The girl who did my hair was Kylie? I think! She did an amazing job (sorry i forgot to take a photo) and she said the owner’s name is Lisa (which I heard does a great job too) they have a beautiful salon and very clean!! For now since of covid I don’t think they do walk ins but when you have an appointment and when you do go she checks your temperature and asks you to sanitize. Anyways I was really nervous to go to someone new but she really listened to what I wanted and didn’t cut more than some people do (which is my biggest pet peeve when they don’t listen to how short you want it) and gave me great layers... i do have thin hair so I don’t know if it’s easier that way but if you are scared to go somewhere knew I would recommend this place at least! You never know! Also my haircut was $40 and they give a complimentary shoulder massage (like 5 minutes) but such a great addition!! I really needed it that day! Hair & Beyond is owned by Lisa Schmuck. She has been doing my hair ever since she started. Always love the results, She is up to date on styles products. She gives suggestions, She will help with color & styles. My color is mixed for me & always comes out perfect. She is fun always a pleasant smile! She can't retire ever!!!!!

My favorite beauty salon! I have been going to Lisa since she started. She always has a smile. I know when I leave there, my new hair do looks fantastic! She knows my hair what looks best, mixes colors to get the best shade! It is a fun place to be!
