Loved my visit here today! The online wait list was a breeze and the receptionist was very sweet on the phone. Crystal my hairstylist was amazing and I hope to see her again next time.
Requested style: I requested long face framing layers with long curtain bangs
Hair type: I have curly (3A natural) hair
Stylist: My stylist was Crystal!
She paid close attention to detail, watched the short video I provided on how I’d like my hair cut, and even gave me advice on how to care for my hair and how to style the said cut at home. She was very informative and kind and did my hair exactly how I wanted it

Very friendly service that you sign in online to reduce your wait time.
Requested style: They keep record of your style in computer so it does not matter which stylist they know what you had done before.

Requested style: I requested a multilayered choppy medium length cut and style. We cut off seven inches of hair and it looks great!
Hair type: I had long full thick hair. With this heat I needed a change.
Stylist: I forget my stylists name at present moment but she was great! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she nailed it! I totally feel I'm rocking Betty status!! Thank you

I'm always impressed with how friendly the staff is and how quick the service is.
I tend to check in online and see some crazy 85 minute wait, but walk into the shop 10 minutes later and get seated because everyone is waiting out the online 85min wait time and nobody is in the shop.
The stylists always do a great job and have a clean work station and tools.
The one gentleman gets my fade high and tight, just how I like it. I wish I knew his name because it is always a remarkable cut when I get him and he deserves the shout-out. Everyone else does a great job but he just has the touch.
The only reason it is not a 5 star review is because they close early (at 5 or 6pm) so I need to wait until my lunch break or the weekend to get a cut as their closing hours match my work schedule.

My boyfriend likes coming here, but maybe the check ins should include everyone whose getting their hair cut. You have to check in, which is good, but then there are times when he arrives, and he has an additional extended wait (one time 20 min) bc an entire family his getting hair cuts but have it listed under one name.

I went here for the first time and while my stylist was very nice, when I came home I realized my haircut is very very choppy. Not really happy with that because you can definitely tell what sections she pulled because they're square at the bottom. I might be back but at this point I might just ask my mom to try and do it.

Susana did an awesome job with my haircut today!! She didn’t rush thru it and she was so receptive to everything I was asking, so I was very happy with the outcome :)
