We recently switched to Good’s after our previous trash company sold. We received a trash bin from Good’s and it ended up being too big to fit through our gate. I called and they happily are switching it out for a smaller one. Great customer service on the phone talking to Becky and great prices as well. Thank you for all you do as a business!

When Eagle started not picking up our trash in 2023 we decided to change to Goods. I absolutely love them their service is amazing and I have never had a problem with pickup.

The best disposal service we have ever had. Easy to call and ask about disposing larger items/pricing. Great all the way around.

Worst trash company ever. They’ve skipped my trash and tagged my bags the past 3 weeks because they’re “too heavy”.. the trash bags are below the rim of the trash can?? Also, I live on a main road and they throw my trash cans and they always end up in the middle of the street and get run over! I’ve had to purchase new trash cans multiple times this past year.

We’ve used Good’s Disposal since 1980 and have never had a problem. The workers are always polite. Yesterday, I hadn’t gone down to pick up the trash cans yet. When the recycling truck came through - truck 27 - the recycling bin and trash cans were brought up to my garage. Thank you to truck 27 and Dale and Leon!

I'm not one to accuse, but by all available evidence that I have an employee from Good's stole my phone. It was left on top of the mailbox and right after the trash was picked up it was gone. Customer service responded with skepticism and denial, which was of course understandable, but unfortunate. Don't leave valuable things around your trash cans I guess.

Moved to LANCO 5+ years ago and started with Eagle Disposal, big mistake (and a separate fiasco). Changed to Good's within a year and have never looked back. Customer service has always been top notch and their digital services (pay your bill online, etc.,) are easy to use. They thoughtfully communicate around pick ups and major holidays and changes to pick-up days during that week. Trash haulers on the trucks have been kind and accommodating repeatedly. As with everything, prices have increased; they are a local company and I believe, they are (and will continue to be) worth the cost. The level of care, effort, and consistency of pickups has never wavered, through the pandemic, and beyond. I'm thankful for Goods Disposal, and their consistent and reliable service.

Ive used goods for quite some time now and out of nowhere they raised my price by tacking on a “sustainability fee” and a “residential fuel surcharge” and now I’m paying $129 a quarter. I used to be paying $90!! What happened!? Today a nice young man from white tail came to my door and offered me $90 a quarter, and thankfully now I’m back to what I should be paying! And to top it all off, goods has been calling all of us and saying not to sign up with white tail. Well, if they wanted my business, they shouldn’t have raised my price so high?

Good’s disposal is way overpriced. They think they can raise their prices every quarter and expect people not to complain. I called the manager about this issue and she never returned my phone call. So I found a company that offers more services for about 25% less money.

They don't pick everything up that I leave out on the street and there's always trash blowing up and down our road. I also know that they bad-mouth other companies who have better services?

They are sleazy and don’t do a good job picking up. They drive way to fast down our rode and I’m sick of it.

Just a shout out to the recycling crew of Denver. My grandchildren had a lemonade stand and we wanted to thank them for always doing a great job and it was soooo hot today! We wanted to give them lemonade free of charge BUT....they gave $$ to the girls anyway! Their generosity is going to church

I moved to my house in 21. I had eagle disposal and I let it go for a year of no pickup for weeks and no calls or updates to state they weren’t coming. I switched after a year of letting them trying to to correct their labor shortage. I decided to go with Goods and I haven’t had a thought about trash pickup other than to take my cans out to be emptied. No hassle, reliable and professional is how I would describe them. Not the cheapest option but you pay for what you get. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trash service.
