I stopped by Dunkin @749am for my hungry teenager as I do every morning before school because she simply can't live without her matcha and sausage wake-up wrap. We pulled up and the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building. So we went inside thinking it would be faster. At 752 we were handed her matcha and around 759 I asked the gal behind the counter about why our food was taking so long. How do I know the time? Because I was watching the clock on my phone the entire time to make sure that my daughter wasn't late for school! I also mentioned that everyone was being helped at drive through before us. The girl said her manager told all of them that drive thru ALWAYS takes priority. We were handed our food at 803 and left immediately to drop my teenager at school by 810. I realized we were missing items and the bacon was burnt. So I then went back to Dunkin and addressed the issue with Sam. Sam argued that I got my food in 4 minutes. Which was a complete lie. Then I looked at the bag and it indicates 4 minutes (748 places order-752 ticket printed and stuck on the bag)on the ticket.Although, they they did not actually start my order until the line at drive thru was gone. Sam kept saying a 4 minute wait time was very good to get your food, but it actually wasn't 4 minutes... was it Sam?! Sam also said to go online and file a complaint which is exactly what I am doing per his instructions;) Normally I would just let these things go and not complain, but I feel like this Dunkin is not being honest about instore wait times and I don't appreciate being called a liar. Just because you printed the ticket doesn't mean you delivered the product to the customer @ that same time. Monitor the time when ordering inside and see if it matches the ticket printed on the bag! Im curious if they are trying to manipulate wait times as common practice at this store. Seriously Sam, had I gotten my food in 4 minutes would I be complaining about the wait time? Hope you all enjoy your day!*I edited my original 1 star post to 5 stars because I don't feel the one bad experience that I had is reason to hurt this store's reputation. I genuinely think everyone who works at this store is amazing and most of the time never have any complaints. Sam is a pretty awesome person as well! ?

going to this starbucks is a 50/50 chance on if your going to get what you ordered. Last 5 visits for us, none of them were correct. Not that hard to count donuts, but they seem to never get it right. The food items are always just thrown together very sloppy, and the drinks never taste the same from drink to drink. No consistency. Will go to starbucks on the other side of town.

Workers are just plain out rude. They can never say anything. Like i don’t care if somebody works there that doesn’t like me like its called growing up you don’t need to be so petty and go around telling everybody lies just because you sucked at where you worked before and nobody liked you because you were just mean.

The quality of the food was horrible. they failed to give me what I ordered, the establishment is in shambles, the service is even worse taking forever complete a relatively simple order while it wasn't busy.

Worst customer service and business model. Has food, but will not serve it to the customer as they want it to be available to mobile ordering instead of available to the physical customer, or even both until they run out of the products. If I was running a p&l or looking at reasons why I had shrink or spoilage and this was the business model, I would be hiring a new GM.

i love dunkin so much but when i went with friends we stood there for a good 10 minutes before our order was taken. The employees were talking and yelling names at eachother, and saw us standing there but didn’t take our orders. Eventually, the guy came out from the back and took our order, which was fine. We just did not feel welcome at all, and as we were driving away, we saw at least 6 employees out back vaping when they could’ve been inside, taking our order while we were waiting. Customer service could have been better. There were so many workers in the kitchen, yet nobody could take our order while we were waiting or even give us a “welcome” and “we will be right with you.”

Went to counter at around 730pm one night to get donuts. Stood around while there were about 4 employees in front of register chatting. Paid no attention to me standing in front of register. Ended up using the kiosk to order donuts only to be told that there are no donuts a few minutes after. Will not be going back here anytime soon.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I get the same drink every time I go to any Dunkin and the drink they gave me was watered down and not even the right drink I ordered. I told them and they remade it the drink exactly how they made it the first. NEVER AGAIN will I go there.

Employees are friendly and give good service. But, unfortunately, good service only gets you so far when drinks are consistently made incorrectly. I frequently end up with sugar in my coffee (I only order cream and a flavor swirl). This is a busy location, but mistakes are frequent even when there’s no rush.
