The Dollar Tree in Ephrata has gone done hill over the past few years. It used to be a great place to shop for many household items and decor, but over the past couple years, especially, the shelves are nearly empty. They're out of so many things. It's really quite sad because it used to be one of my favorite stores. Now if I really want something from Dollar Tree, I'll have to drive at least a 1/2 hour to find a Dollar Tree that's stocked better.

I've always loved the dollar tree but I feel as if the quality in products has gone down (yes I realize its the dollar tree), but in the past it was just better quality.
At this location, the store always feel as if its in transition as stacks of boxes are left in the middle of card and party aisle all the time and the aisles often change making it difficult to find what I'm looking for.
Thankfuy, the staff are always pleasant and helpful when I need them.

Was in a few days ago 1 20 24 to pick a few things up. Lady at register was too busy on her video chat. To even say any thing to me. Only thing she said is that sh wanted me to take my basket back up. As I was walking to the door she said i asked you to take your basket. I said maybe you could do your job if you weren't on your phone

Place is ran by a bunch a chicken brains ? there never no staff working. The heavy mangers likes to hangout outside or in the office while there’s a line to the back of the store, people are putting there things away because we have to wait in line for 30 minutes

First time and last time I visit this location. Employees are basically worthless. With 4 cashiers working you wouldn’t think there would be a line to checkout. The cashiers had no urgency to get the line moving. One of the cashiers told the other one it’s better to make customers wait than to have a funny cashiers drawer. I probably waited 15 minutes to checkout. Avoid if you can.

I do have to say, it is just a normal Dollar (25) Tree. The bargains are there, if I need something small quick like a soda after I order from Wok, its cheaper than Weis. HOWEVER! This is one of the worst ones I've been in. Service here is terrible! I mean, I walk in to see the line pretty backed up and one register open with one person at the register. Today, I was there, 3 people working, one person was busy with balloons, another running a different register, and a 3rd who was running a register but then after she was done with a customer went back to the office while there was still a huge line. She didn't come back out before I left. I'm at a point where I should just go over to Weis or walk up to Big Lots and get my boyfriend and I sodas because I really don't have time to wait extra time for one person at the register.

The associates mostly speK Spanish to each other across the store and disrespect the average American customers. They stand by the front door smoking cigarettes and won't recognize or help patrons while in the aisles. To include even moving their carts out of the way. The only other worse store in the area is in Sinking Spring.

Clean store, stocked well. Missing a few key items. As a corporation, it's interesting that 25 cents causes more name brand items to appear. Theisding star is for management. The two who were on yesterday afternoon fought in front of customers loudly. Apparently, the man wanted all of America to know that he doesn't believe in messagesHe embarrassed an employee. I told her that dude sounded like he needed a Xanax, while another customer told her that he and the other manager deserved to be fired.

I think people forget that dollar stores aren’t employing anyone other than highschoolers and unmotivated adults so service isn’t what you paying for there. Just a normal dollar tree here nothing bad nothing great
