Awesome customer service! We were on a trip out west (in N Dakota) when my duramax threw a code and was running rough. Texted Greg and within a couple minutes he responded back with what to look for and instructions on how to fix it. The truck ran great for the rest of the trip

Great first experience with these guys. Although I did not get to meet them in person due to my schedule, that did not stop me from having them do work on my truck. Thanks again guys I will be be back for future work on my Duramax.

Made the mistake of asking Diesel n Automotive to get my truck started without saying I need estimate first. I found out the hard way ... Calling AAA I wanted to tow my truck home. Without Diesel N Automotive Ephrata pa.. Ever calling me .. My bill was over $2000 . New starter New Batteries fuel pump. All it needed was glow plugs and fuel injector pump.. Even after I told them it needed New glow plugs Diesel n Automotive charge me over $500 for diagnose .. of just relay & glow plugs.. Not including fuel injector pump... Somebody tell me how they can get away with this.. Taking it to small claims court.. $1500 my 1993 Ford f350 7.3 IDI still won't start... Not Even a thank you. Made me feel like I was less then a bother ..

For being a person out of state I was worried about being taken advantage of but I wasn't. Get people this place has will go back if I need any other work done on my truck when working in this area.
