Very unprofessional, they answered the telephone like they're answering their house phone. You have to question who you're calling to make sure it's a business and not someone's house. I asked if they had a specific item and there were two people on the phone that tell me no and hang up! If I'm ever in a pinch and need something, I will make sure to go without before purchasing from these folks!
