The team members here at the Ephrata location are overall very nice! As a frequent customer, I stopped here on my way home from work, and to my surprise Seth made my day by treating me to ice cream on the house. By allowing me to not pay for my treat was the sweetest thing that happened to me all day. I sincerely appreciate his generosity and his customer service skills. His smile really brightens the day!
