If there was a zero stars, that's what I would give Countertek. We ordered a bathroom vanity top and color matched the sample to our off white paint. It was a perfect match. Even the saleswoman in the showroom where we ordered it from thought it would look nice. It was called white, but there are so many shades of white( our paint color is also white), we didn't think anything of it. When the vanity top arrived, it was PURE white, the whitest white you have ever seen. It looks terrible in a bathroom with off white. When I contacted Countertek, they said go get the sample from the showroom and take a picture of it on the vanity top. I did that and you can easily see the difference. Evidently Countertek could see the difference too because they immediately took a new sample to the showroom. They won't do anything for me though. They said it was called white and that's what it was. Why did they even bother telling me to send pics? What a waste of time, gas and money.

When it comes to countertops, they are fast and cheap... not great quality and won't work directly with homeowners or contractors.

Horrible product. After 5 years the sink bowl surface started cracking. After speaking with the company they gave us an excuse that the tap water temperature is too hot and caused the sink to fail. Therefore the will not stand behind their products.

I order countertops from Countertek all the time. They are always quick with production and never had an issue with any of the tops I have ordered. The outside sales lady, Sharon is always on top of things and the girls I know in the office, Beth and Shannon are amazing. We will continue to order from cou tertek fo any laminate and cultured marble tops, any time we need coubtertops. Love this place and the people that work there, everyone is awesome!!!!

With almost 15 years dealing with CounterTec, I have had no problems with their cultured marble vanity tops, laminate tops and a great customer service team. The few issues I had, customer service was always prompt and courteous to correct the issues in a timely manner. Great product, nice selection of colors and sink options. I definitely would recommend this company..

Terrible product. This company installed a formica countertop and backsplash and within weeks the backsplash formica began to split at the seams. When the installer came back to replace the backsplash he informed us that he expected the same to occur if the backsplash got any water on it! Isn't that expected of a backsplash? Aren't they installed to protect water from splashing on your walls by hitting the backsplash instead? Of course it happened a second time and the company refused to come back and remove the backsplash or refund any part of the money we spent on their product. A local building supply store contracted this company for our countertop and backsplash. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. A one-star rating is too generous!
