We had a wonderful experiencing purchasing our new-to-us family van at Bobby Rahal of Lancaster! Cody was patient with us and all of our questions, and was so kind and accommodating to our children as
well. While it was an all-day affair (as car buying always is), every step of the process was seamless and we are thankful they worked with us on getting the most amount of money for our trade-in. I took my Lexus ES for annual service to Rahal in Lancaster even though I purchased it at another Lexus dealership. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and professionalism of all the staff. The service estimate was spot on, a minor repair was made and they washed it for my drive home. It is definately worth my drive time to bring it here for service. Thanks!

A very pleasant & stress free car leasing experience at Bobby Rahal & Cody Sofranek made it happen. Went in to look for a Lexus ES & stepped out a week later with what I wanted. Cody was super helpful in scheduling test drives, helping select the right trim, working out leasing terms & making the pick up quick & on time.

I really cannot say enough great things about this business and Tony in sales! My husband and I purchased a Suburban here that was traded in and the whole process was so easy and smooth. We were treated like family and did not feel pressured at any point. Tony made sure that we were completely comfortable with the vehicle and he was so helpful! There was even a kids play room to keep our little ones occupied while we each went for a test drive. Everyone working there stepped in to help us out where they could and were so nice to us!
