Hands down the worst bank, charge you for everything, rude, so slow to process. Better off going anywhere else. I changed banks and they charged me a fee- they won’t even let you leave without harassing you.

The absolute worst customer service from Brianna. not pleasant at all, not a “hi how’re you today”, not a “have a good day” at the end of my transaction. Just rude, clearly not happy with her job.

The rudest people and the rules change all the time . The only nice person at that bank is Tina. All the other ones are nasty. Do not go to this branch they lie to your face.

Really the rudest customer service around. I only go in the lobby if I have a question. I never get a smile or direct answer. I am so frustrated with this location.

I do not recommend using this bank. ESPECIALLY if you're trying to run a small business. I keep having checks get put on some type of administrative hold when I deposit them and cannot get the funds for over a week. It's ridiculous and very frustrating. Management says it's an AI issue and there's nothing they can do.

Honestly the rudest workers ever. I call in just to ask a general banking question, and she did nothing but scoff and laugh at literally nothing. Conversation went like this “hi, I just have a general banking question and was wondering if you could help me out”, she scoffs and laughs and with attitude goes “uhm?” Annoyed, I then I proceed to tell her that the online representatives were automated and thought it was best to just call in for a quick question. And she goes, scoffing AGAIN, “I don’t understand your question.” GIRL, I didn’t even ask it yet. Absolutely useless. Even after asking and providing her with details, she had zero answer or input and puts me on hold to “speak with a colleague”. She transfers the call to her colleague, whom she didn’t even give details of my inquiry etc. This woman indeed answered my question but was equally as rude as the first. Please do your job kindly and professionally next time.

What shady bank charged almost over 200 in over draft charges in 2 weeks bunch of thieves switching banks asap. There app sucks updates only after, you withdraw as soon as you get paid. I have many words for these people but i will keep it professional, not fu.

Why is the ATM lane also a drive up window lane? The drive ups and atm lanes should be separate. Those of us who just want to use the ATM, quickly get our cash and leave have to wait for everybody sending their tubes in and out of the bank. Especially on a Saturday morning, this is really frustrating. They have a whole other lane that isn’t used for anything. Move the ATM to be separate.

I asked a simple yes or no question, got put on hold for 5 minutes, then got told that they were still trying to find the answer for my question, then about another 2 minutes of being on hold, an automated voice message said they were closed now and to call back during normal hours, it was 3:07 pm on a Monday, there still open. The call just ended and I never got an answer to my question, thanks guys, appreciate y’all!

Extremely slow. Teller continued doing what she was doing before I arrived at the drive thru for 10 min before she even opened my canister. I would think people waiting in the drive-through would have priority over whatever else she was working on. Other BB&T locations are much quicker. I normally don't write reviews but had enough time waiting here at this location.
