“My small 12 yr old, 4.7 lb. Chihuahua "Frankie" needed luxating patella surgery and my vet clinic could not do this surgery. Dr. Stoner was contacted and he and his exceptional staff did a wonderful job on her. I couldn't has expected a better outcome. Dr. Stoner was great to deal with and my little friend is doing great. “Dr. Ramos-Rivera is incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, yet very professional, and has a huge heart and a kind soul. She is truly one of the kindest and most compassionate people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. She is one of the only vets I have worked with that truly take the time and cares. Visits to the vet can be extremely stressful for both the owner and the pet. Dr. Ramos works hard to reassure both the worried owner and the stressed animal. I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramos and her team!”
“Compassionate, truthful, doesn't do tests without checking with you and they are forthright about possibilities and probabilities. As with any vet it seems that they're more expensive than people doctors. However, if you are prepared to care for your animals, this is a great place to be when they are sick and not feeling well!”

“First visit with our dog Ted today at Derry Animal Hospital, after moving here from NC. Their practice is different from other vets, texting them from the parking lot when you arrive and not going into the exam room with your pet. After his exam Ted was returned to us and Dr Crescenzi came out to speak with us. She had given him a thorough examination and also several chiropractic adjustments. We appreciated the time she spent with us and the information she provided to keep Teddy healthy. Dr Crescenzi was a delight and the staff friendly and professional.”
“My dogs are happy with the staff.The yearly well visit for 2 dogs and both received nailtrim was about $700.So, if you have 2 dogs set aside about 7 dollars a week per dog and you will be ready for a thorough checkup.Figure out the annualheartworm/ flea/ tick/ worm preventive and add to it.”
“I can not speak highly enough about Animal Hospital of Rye. I would recommend them over and over again. We drove from Buffalo, NY to get a CT scan for our dog, since the waiting lists in Buffalo, and the prices, were astronomical. From my first phone call with Rye, I knew they were good hearted people who are in animal care for the right reasons. Every person I spoke to on the phone was SO kind, thoughtful, and understanding. It was very easy to get through to schedule, no run around. They were able to schedule us a week out (which was quick compared to what I’d found), but since it was urgent, I was put on a waiting list and they called me back to get me in two days later. I drove down with my dog and stayed overnight in a hotel and then went to rye first thing in the morning. We had a consult with the Dr (who was amazing) and left our dog Rocko for the day for his scans. They called me just over an hour later that he was finished already! He is 12, so sedation scares me, but they did not over sedate him and he was jumping around (and making quite the ruckus for them ) when we came to pick him up. The doctors and staff are AMAZING. They have also sent his reports over to multiple referrals for us, which I know can be time consuming, but have never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The only issue I have with this place, is that every other Vet isn’t just like them! THANK YOU to the team at Animal Hospital of Rye. For making a very tough situation, so much easier for us.”

“From Buddy's 1st puppy appointment, he continues to be treated with kindness. They take the time to learn about all. When Buddy is grumpy, he is understood and soothed. I have called, expressing he is not himself. I am carefully listened to. When concerns arise, options are explained, without judgment, allowing YOU to take the time to make an informed decision. Nothing is pushed on you, just respect, and understanding. It is understood you will call back numerous times to ask more questions.

“Good Hope Animal Hospital is a fantastic place to bring our dog. Staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. Ours doesn't do well with other dogs around and they've always made arrangements so that we can either enter through a different door or plan accordingly so that he can go straight into a room when we arrive. Dr. Davie is wonderful, attentive and helpful.”

“Today my kids and myself had a GREAT experience at in store! We went in for a Gecko for my 12 year old daughter and the sales associate Ethan helped us with the process from start to finish! He was awesome and knowledgeable, for sure a people person. We had a lot of questions and although the store was busy he answered each one with patience and kindness. “Man, people don't like vets, huh? My experience with Silver Springs Animal Clinic has been great. My senior goes to Banfield but my adolescent goes to Silver Springs. He was neutered here, no issue. In fact, about a month ago, I thought my senior was struggling to pee. Any cat owner knows that's a major, immediate issue and usually costly. I called her regular vet, who didn't have anything until the next day. No issue, they're not an emergency vet. I was prepared to take her to the local ER when I thought wait, let's call Silver Springs. They got me in just a few hours later! Turns out the little turd just had an upset belly and was straining to not pee. They were able to do imaging, blood work, the whole 9 yards. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. Love them!”

“This place is awesome. When my elderly chihuahua/terrier mix had a cracked infected tooth and needed a dental cleaning, Healing Creatures fixed me up. Every interaction was positive, the surgeon was wonderful, and my dog got a new lease on life. I love the holistic approach and how they don't push medical treatments I don't want or need.”
