It was our first time visiting Valley Road Animal Hospital but they welcomed us and treated our dogs as one of their own. We were blown away by their kindness and warmth. Katie and Dr. Mike you were both amazing!! My husband and I have peace of mind knowing our huskies will be well taken care of the next time we visit.

I brought my puppies in for the past 2 years, there were other vet doctors that were amazing, and then last two times I brought my puppies the new doctor was saying things that weren’t even true. Clearly, I won’t take my puppies there animal and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Some desk ladies were being awfully rude. I wanted to say something and they didn’t let me. Y’all better watch them. They will charge crazy money…

First time at Valley Road. Really liked our experience there. Mike, our vet, was so good with our dog, and very considerate with us. Good experience, and very reasonable pricing. Also, the tech staff there were excellent.

We were very pleased with our first visit to VRAH. The staff is very caring. Dr. Mike was very thorough and explained things well, and gave us an opportunity to ask questions and address our concerns.

We are very pleased with Valley Road Animal Hospital. I especially like that you wait in your vehicle with your pet until a room is available. This eliminates any stress from waiting in reception area.The vet assistants and front desk employees are very friendly and helpful.I have complete trust in Dr. Anzur and his practice.

Wow I had a terrible experience! The office manager is not pleasant and was laughing in my face as I was trying to have a few questions answered. She made a joke out of me because I didn’t have 400 dollars right now for blood work and when I asked to speak to the vet she told me “oh don’t worry he’s not going to call you” and was laughing. It truly upsets me that an “office manager” would treat a customer this way. It saddens me. Please look at other options of vets before choosing this vet as she will make you feel terrible about yourself and embarrass you in front of staff members and customers in waiting room.

We have been with Valley Road since we adopted Chief six years ago. The veterinarians have provided us with experienced care throughout Chief’s many health issues over the years. Because of staff follow-up calls, we are able to express any concerns after each visit if needed. Over the years, we had experienced nothing but professional and helpful care from the staff. I would highly recommend this practiceto anyone who needs healthcare for their pets.

This was our first visit to Valley Road Animal Hospital.RATING> Excellent ! We were extremely pleased with the initial greeting and the receptive attitude offered to our precious Kitty.The staff handled our kitty with extreme care and patience. The examination and evaluations were done extremely well. All information was shared at a very understandable and caring level. Also, all care was administered in a preventative and proactive mindset. The charge for services provided for Kitty were very reasonable.We so greatly appreciate this attitude and client service.We recommend VRAH to anyone.

We have been with Valley Road Animal Hospital for almost 12 years now of our Beagle 14+ life. They're AMAZING! They have made our beagle life span exceed longer than expected and he has been reborn with his puppy energy ? ? Just wish we would have found them from the start.
