This is the worst USPS in the area. I’ve never been able to ship a package here or do a change of address without getting attitude and being told I’m doing something wrong. I try not to come to this one but sometimes it’s the most convenient on my route and enough time passes between each visit that I think it’ll be different next time… nope, it’s always the same experience. After today I’m never coming back here. They said I was using the wrong kind of box but it’s the same type I always use to ship. Any other location never says a word, takes my box, and says thank you have a nice day. Never been the case here! So now I’m going to take my box to camp hill and they’ll take it right away no questions or issues.

This post office is simply the best. Kind and knowledgeable individuals will help you with whatever you need. Been using this post office for 4 years and I actually drive further past another usps to go to this one!

My mail is over a week behind!! Has been this way for awhile! What good is a flyer if it’s expired already!! Not pleased with Enola Post Office right now!!!

Horrible customer service. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to have the rude employee not do his job correctly and tell me my items had to be returned at UPS, even though I'd already confirmed with the website where I purchased the items that I could return them through USPS. It's HSN if anyone cares to look into it. He was not a very good employee, or a friendly person, and I felt the need to share my experience. I live 3 minutes from this location, but I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the New Kingstown USPS than go here again.

Monday 11/16 I took 17 boxes of goodies in to send to the troops over in the sand box. Chris and Denise were the two clerks on window duty. Denise took care of me. Her bar code printer kept jamming and I could tell she was quite frustrated but she kept her cool and did her job very professionally. While she was taking care of me, Chris handled the remaining customers waiting in line.Tues 11/17 I took 8 more boxes in and Denise again took great care of me while Chris handled the others.Thanks to both of these folks for doing a great job.
