Fantastic gym...when you are there you feel like family!!Denny+Maggie are 2 of the nicest people you would ever meet!!free weights, machines, workout area!!you can also get guided workout sessions!!

First off I love the gym the people in it and the equipment. But man there has been a bit of a bug problem. I go normally at night so it might be better during the day. But the one entrance members have access to is without fail always swarmed. I’ve been able to power through it until I swiped one off me and squashed another way over at the cable crossover. Please do something, your members coming in and out at night will thank you. Not a deal breaker if your considering joining this gym at this current point, but do not leave your car windows cracked and make your entrance and exit swift.

Maggie is so welcoming and helpful. The price was extremely reasonable and allowed me to exercise when it was most convenient for me on my vacation. I was so impressed and appreciative. Highly recommend TrainYard Gym & Fitness.

I can't say enough good thing's about this gym. It's patrons and most definitely the owners. I was treated like a family member and not just a monthly fee. The equipment is very well thought out to have what you need and great accessories. I have plenty of training experience and never left there wanting for anything else. It was never too busy that I couldn't accomplish what I wanted in the time I had. The price is more than fair I couldn't be happier. Thank you Denny and Maggie for setting the bar higher for getting a great gym at a great price.
