Driving out after the replacement was smooth.They also noted another service I was in need of shortly and I admitted I was aware, but the tires were my priority today.Very helpful, upfront about the cost and didn't try to push additional services on me or price gouge me. Great service.”
“I had my low tire pressure light come on in the morning when I had appointments to get to so I had a lot of time to worry that any minute I was going to have a severe issue. As soon as I could I got on Route 22 and headed for Tire Mart. They were super! Told me to go to a bay and a very nice young man came out with an air compressor with a gauge. Within a few minutes he had all my tires at the right pressure and I was on the road. The service here can't be beat. I remember being there years ago and had the same super service for buying a tire. You won't find a better place for tires and service.”

“We flew up to Harrisburg PA from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck. My husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about our plan. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do. No hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!”

“I had originally called John here at West shore auto for a look over on my car just to figure out what needs to be done within a hour I got call about everything we need to do today and for future work .
John was not only fully honest and gave me estimates on everything which beat alot of competitors prices. He full explained everything that we needed for the future in detail. He had fit me in for service that wasnt planned nd did a spectacular job,I had my rear brakes done for a lot cheaper then I was going to get them, originally I thought it was all 4 but John had assured me they're still good and gave me estimates on future work for amazing prices.Not only was John nd his team extremely fast and precise with their work their customer service skills really make this place shine over a lot of shops. “My friend got a flat tire halfway through her trip to State College late on a Friday night. She didn't have AAA. We called the local Halifax police who were of very little help. No tow companies wanted to drive out of their way at 7:30 on a Friday night. Thankfully, a kind father helped her put on a spare while I drove the 50 minutes north of Lancaster to rescue her. Upon the realization that a tow was prohibitively expensive given our out of the way location, we decided to head south towards Harrisburg and search for a few tire shops that open on a Saturday. With her blinkers on and me escorting from the back, we headed to NTB in the dark and locked up her car with the intention of getting a replacement tire first thing on Saturday. She phoned the nice fellas there and decided to keep her spare and match her existing tires when she got back home. They even checked her air and rotated the donut to the rear, without delay or charge. Kudos to this shop. I hope the one down the street from me in East Petersburg can match their service if I ever find myself in that position. This kind of customer service is a rarity. Thank you!”
“Nick in the service department went above and beyond to get my Kona in and serviced in a timely manner. My return trip home Lyft was covered by the dealership. My car was given a complimentary car wash after being serviced. It's a great experience with all employees being super helpful.”

“Brought a RHD JDM car here which gave them a small issue with their system. Chris said he would get back to me after contacting the correct people based on the situation. I figured this would take awhile but got back to me the next day, also stating we are busy right now but I’ll make the time today for you. Quoted me very fair price and was professional the whole way through. I don’t normally trust larger shops like this, but because of the professionalism shown by Chris and the other staff there. “We just drove down from Maine in our RV. We woke up to a flat tire. Called AAA and they sent 2 different reps who couldn’t help us. Called Loves Travel center who couldn’t help us. With it being LDW things looked bleak until I called Cameron at Mavis Tires in Middletown. Cameron and his Team fixed the tire and had us back on the road in 45 mins. Great Customer Service! Great People! Highly recommend them.”

“I was attended to by Jonathan Aka Jon! He was very professional, calm and willing to help eventhough I got there late. I went in to check my tires because the pressure indicator came on. I thought it was a question of air but it turned out to be a nail puncture. Issue was fixed and Jon was very helpful and patient and best of all , did not charge me for all the trouble!
