I have always rented my storage units from prime storage. They are clean safe and secure. The staff is also very accommodating to your needs especially when renters leave messes and spill screws and nails and don't clean them up. Many times I have witnessed management going around and sweeping and cleaning up their messes. Thank you for keeping it cleaned up.

From the very beginning the staff made it easy for me to get unit set up and was very accommodating to my short statute to get perfect unit. Also, I love the reminders before payment is drawn the reminders when made/receipts- that is very considerate of them. Only draw back is a person will need insurance meaning renters Insurance. I have this myself not an issue for me, but be aware in case you are looking and don’t have one. So far, I have nothing but a positive experience with them.

I continue to have a great customer service experience with Kevin (manager) always helpful, friendly and never confrontational. If I have a question he has an answer. I find that the CS team via the phone is also friendly and willing to help. I also want to comment on the cleanliness of the area and storage unit. Keep up the good work.

clean unit. easy access. I have only been there a short while but everything seems to be nice. The person I talked to in the office was polite and explained everything.

I loved this storage facility!! I actually referred a friend and she has a unit there now. Very well maintained and worth the money. Great location and clean. The staff is friendly and Kevin, the manager, is fantastic. Thank you for everything.

I had a good experience with Prime Storage in Enola, PA. The employees are very nice and helpful. I also liked the security of the premises. I kept my belongings there for about a year with absolutely no worries. Would definitely recommend.
