“Rich is amazing at this post office! He goes way over and above his duty. If it were not for Rich my mother in laws paper work would not have been found at another post office! “This place deserves 5 stars only because they are so clearly understaffed and they have to deal with crazy, rude, morons all day long. Every one who works there is friendly as long as you aren't rude or act entitled to them. Great job ladies. Not many people have the patience to hold it down when their superiors won't get them adequate staffing.Ps the postal service lost millions last year. Give em a break eh? “I've never had any issues with getting great service here, even when it gets busy. Staff are very knowledgeable and work efficiently. Customers don't always give them an easy time of it. I appreciate having an option to do self-service with the kiosk in the lobby when it's super busy in the main area.”
“Karen and Beth are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Postmaster Cathy was none of the above, but now that Cathy is gone, i haven’t had a bad experience since. Cathy should not be in customer service, one of the most rude and nasty individuals i have met. Only time i ever did have a bad experience was when she was around.”

Ask me a few months ago I would have agreed with the 1 star reviews, we never got our mail consistently sometimes not at all. “Truck entrance is at Elmerton Ave, use the speaker at gate. Receiving desk is at DD#12. Take my deliver 1hr before the Appt time. Fast unloading team, no issue at all. Good place.”
