I wasn’t even provided a service. They looked around my truck and failed its enhanced inspection twice after I’d had it reviewed by a certified mechanic and dealer 4 times. They then refused to do any work on it themselves when they have the availability but have the audacity to tell me to tow it somewhere else to get the work done. The first time the brakes were good and passed and this time it’s a different story a week later for some reason just very picky and sarcastic on the phone very rude people would not recommend for people on a budget they don’t care about your business.

My car was in an accident. And the sp called magaro to come pick it up. I called my insurance company to pick it up so it can get dropped off at the collision center. And they couldn't find my car. They didn't want to realize it to my insurance company. And it took them 3 weeks to realize my car. They didn't know where my car was located and they where extremely disorganized.

Helped me get my mustang gt through enhanced inspection. Process was tedious but there were no surprises because they were very informative about the process from beginning to the end. Would definitely recommend the place.
