This location and Brad were great when I first started using them. After I got married and perhaps extra work(not sure)I was told one thing after another. They were not truthful.They told me they had taken care of the issues that arose; welp, they did not.They also told me, they put in an amendment, they did not. They did however put in a extension. The IRS rep today, confirmed that they were still waiting on the documentation they told me they sent. I tried to call, email, stop in, and nothing was handled
We have been MORE than patient. I will update this if this situation is handled with results.I cannot give more than 1 star at this time and right now that may even be generous.

Brad Earley has been an absolute godsend working with at H&R Block. I switched a few years ago and have had the best experiences during one of the least liked seasons of the year. I'm so glad that Brad took the time to understand my unusual tax situation and made sure I recieved everything that I needed.
