Been shopping at this Giant now for a few months and over all my experience has been decent. Store is kept fairly clean and there is always ample parking when I go. Though it seems like there is always something on my list that they are sold out of which is disappointing. They have a good selection of items just don't seem to stock enough of them to cover the need.No reason to not keep shopping here so I'll be going back. It convenient to where I work so makes it easy to skip over after. Also their salad and hot bar make for great lunch options when I don't feel like brown bagging it.

Giant Direct is so easy to use! There were several substitutions--all appropriate. The service was efficient. This was my first experience with Giant Direct online ordering and curbside pickup. I will use this service again. Being immunocompromised means I need to be cautious with numbers of interactions. Everything went smoothly today! Recommend you clip online coupons and take advantage of all deals. Be sure to link your Giant rewards card to the Giant Direct account you create. When are are en route for pickup, notify Giant Direct through the smartphone link. If you don't use a smartphone, then it's a matter of calling the phone number at the pickup point located front and center to the store. Store staff are highly responsive.

This store has stopped trying. We've decided to do the same and we're giving up on this store. Even a little effort in the last year would have kept us as customers, as this our neighborhood store, but our patience is gone.

Not sure why gas is 12¢ a gallon cheaper here than at any other Giant, but I am glad that it is.

Nice place to get gas if you're shopping at Giant, but the Weis Market gas station across Valley Road is easier to enter and exit.

Hardly any masks by employees and customers. Found lots of marked prices that were incorrect.

We were only in the area for a couple of days, but this store would be the kind I'd shop strictly for the sales. The sales were excellent but the store was average. I liked their bakery most of all, and the store was well stocked and clean, but there was not as much selection overall as the store across the street.

Someone at this store needs to complete grade school so they can learn to read. if a coupon has 2 different I'd numbers they are not photo copies. should I say it a little louder for your minnons in the back IF 2 COUPONS HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBERS THEY ARE NOT PHOTO COPIES. Yes you can use more then 1 coupon. YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION !!!! You are really looking more and more stupid everyday. I have called corporate. I will say they were not amused.
