“We just love Dr. Cox. Hes always in a good mood, laughing and takes his time to listen to his patients and there concerns. Always feel like we get a great exam every appt we are there.The only issue there is the person that answers the phone "Scott". There have been a few times I have called about a question only to be told that a nurse will get back to me which never happens. When you work in a doctors office the messages need to get delivered and not pushed off to the side which is upsetting.”

“UPMC closed my PCP in East Berlin, so I had to find a new provider. This office is between work and home, so it was convenient. After reading the horrible reviews, I was a little frightened for my first appointment. I was greeted by a very nice woman. I didn’t get her name, but she was recently promoted. I asked about her congrats balloons, so that is how I found out. She welcomed me to the practice. After check in, I pulled out my phone to play a game. My name was called before the game loaded. Ciara (?) took all my vitals, questions & concerns. Rachelle came in a few minutes later. She was wonderful. I could speak openly about my health concerns. She recommended a few options, noted I was overdue for a procedure. I am vitamin D deficient, so I asked for a blood test. At check out, Frannie booked an appointment for my overdue procedure, made sure I had my patient portal and directed me to the lab waiting area. Again, I pulled out my phone & was called before my game loaded. A very sweet woman did my blood draw and I was done. My appointment was at 1:20pm and I was on my way home at 2:00pm. Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I highly recommend this practice & the friendly staff.”

“I’ve been coming to Dr. Meuller for over a decade and he is the absolute best. He cares about his patients and the staff go above and beyond. I’m very thankful for having him as my Dr.December 2, 2023. Again I want commend Dr Meuller and his staff especially Shenga who gets things done she knows how to handle insurance companies. This is the best place in the tri-county area for opiate abuse. Dr. Meuller is one of the few Dr.s that will sit down and listen and he remembers everyone’s story because he cares. “I can’t say enough good about this practice, and especially Dr. Vyas. I was a patient here quite a few years ago and ended up switching to a practice closer to my house. I recently returned to this practice and saw Dr. Vyas for the first time. He was excellent, listened to my concerns, and came up with a plan. Since my first visit with him, we communicated many times through the portal in the weeks following that appointment. He ordered some lab work and contacted me within a couple hours of the results coming back, with the results. He was prompt in getting me a referral to see a specialist. The nurse I saw was also wonderful, as well as the office staff. Looking forward to continue seeing Dr. Vyas. He has done so much more for me in just one appointment, than my current PCP had done for me in four years.”

“My family, now down to just me locally, has seen Dr. Cohick for at least thirty years. My in-laws, husband and daughter all worked with him. I have tremendous respect for him and really appreciate his kindness. While it can be very difficult to get an appointment, they find a way when it is needed. There are some issues: I am not fond of the central call center, but it is much less of a gatekeeper than it used to be and much more of a facilitator. At times, some minor questions or requests have gotten lost in the shuffle but nothing beyond the norm for a busy office. I also really like Dr. Quirk who I have seen on occasion over the years. I don't often see the CRNPs but when I've done so, they've generally been great with one exception that was at least five years ago and involved a single visit. I didn't even mention it to them because it was fairly minor but memorable. The negative reviews here do not reflect the professionalism and caring and friendliness of this office!”

“I have used this facility since they opened. Times have changed in the time they have been opened. I use this facility for my Mammogram, Blood work and Dr. Boyd in Gynecology. Since COVID the waiting time for blood work does take longer no matter what time you visit facility. The last visit they were training new people. I have never had a rude staff at front desk (cannot say the same about people waiting). Yes, it has taken me longer with blood work, not yearly Mammogram within 15 minutes after signing in.Dr. Boyd, sign in staff, staff working with Dr. Boyd have always treated me with respect and I have never waited more than 30 minutes. My mind set lately is no matter where I visit I expect that I will be waiting. Do I like it NO, but I refuse to being upset on something I cannot control. I never visit the Lab when it first opens as many there are on the way to work and I am retired. Penn State Internal Medicine, Cocoa Ave., Hershey has the same situation.Hiring staff has become a real challenge for everyone.Thank you staff for doing your best during these very difficult times.”

“Figured I'd leave a review since I saw how many bad ones there were for this place and it made me nervous to go.Parking lot is very nice, not crowded. I went in for some back x-rays. The front desk lady De was very welcoming and got me checked in fast. X-ray tech was friendly and let me look at the scans. I was only there for maybe a half hour. In and out pretty quick but didn't feel rushed. Overall a good experience”

“I had an appointment here after not having insurance for over a year. I was so impressed with how quickly I was seen, how efficient the receptionist and nurse were. My doctor was understanding and caring, and I really appreciate that. There was a real mix up with some prescription refills between the clinic and the pharmacy, but there definitely is not a lack of communication because any time you call, they are right there for you. The doctor was willing to meet all of my needs and referred me to the specialists for someone over 55 and a diabetic. I love this clinic.”
