A lot of empty shelves. Many hazards, such as merchandise ready to fall off carts. Carts blocking isles. Judging by other reviews, they just need to shut the place down till they can get some decent employees.

Okay so I've been living in Enola for a while since this is down the street I go to this one. The reviews ain't lying the lady with the long brown hair always got a stank attitude, at first I thought it was cuz I was black but she's like that with everybody ?. Even the hood ones are more friendly smh . I think she's gone now. Another thing is they low on deodorant and black hair care products which sucks cuz we shouldn't have to go across the river to get what we need.

This place is horrible. The worker at the register , Lexi- was blasting music from a speaker attached to her pants- and was too busy looking for a charger for her phone , to even acknowledge me at the register , not even a Hello, then laid my stuff on the counter and didn't put it in a bag. The gentleman behind me must have known her and spoke to her, asked her how it was going. She said " horrible, I wish this line would just disappear so I can go smoke a cigarette"

Worst customer service no help in the store bat and switch on shelves . Over a dozen items on a shelf and tag with small writing with a big price and then rings up a different price at the register a person refuses to honor that price that was showing on the. In person working the register copped an attitude said I can't deal with people

Surprise…surprise another random afternoon all the doors locked with no sign. Customer service is trash for the most part! Secondly, it’s always something…. Can’t tap your card or cash only.. Get it together! When something goes down, CALL SOMEONE to fix it !!

Went in here this morning and the short girl with glasses at the register was super pleasant and actually asked if I found everything I needed. I almost fell over because like others have said the employees could use some happy juice or something. Hopefully that girl doesn't get tainted by the others. You can tell it's very short staffed so they get a semi-pass. Store is very dark though. Not a fan of that.

Store was a mess many departments out of stock. My wife wanted to buy some aluminum trays for baking, the price on the shelf said $1.25 , we picked up two of them. When we went to purchase them the cashier told us it was $5.50. Needless to say we did not buy them.

Came in recently to pick up snacks for a party and the customer service was absolutely horrific. Refused eye contact and ignored my attempts to be friendly/interact. Store is messy. Would highly recommend avoiding this particular store and opt for Dollar Tree if you can.

I was at this store on Sunday 01/15/2023 to pick up a few balloons and decorations for my son's birthday. The store was pretty much empty of customers. I walked up to the counter to ask the woman if I could purchase a few balloons and in a VERY IRRITATED voice she said, "what do you want?" She was one of the rudest employees I've come across! I eventually said forget it and told my husband that she's clearly having a bad day. The woman had long, brown hair and had ZERO personality! If you want to run a business then you should start by hiring employees who actually want to do their jobs. She was truly awful! I ended up going to the Dollar Tree next door to purchase my balloons where they were very friendly and accommodating.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Cashier was extremely rude and stopped scanning items leading me to believe she was finished so I tried to use my card to pay and she just said "it won't work!" and preceeded to then actually complete my transaction. She then asked if I wanted a receipt (which was the only moment she acted like a cashier/customer facing employee) but when I said no she crumpled it up and threw it on the floor.Another employee was in an aisle speaking profanities with a customer/friend as well.Absolutely horrible.
