I was recommended to go to Big Dog for service. I randomly stopped by with my car issue and they were able to squeeze me in same day! Excellent customer service!!!

Decided to try this place based on the reviews & it did not disappoint. Took my car in for inspection, emissions testing, and an oil change. The work was done quickly and the owner was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. No finding problems that weren’t there or up selling in any way. I found my new mechanic & will be going back shortly for new tires. Thanks again!

We have been searching for a mechanic we can trust to offer decent rates for excellent service and they have exceeded our expectations! My husband usually handles everything but they were kind and welcoming to me when I came for pick up. It honestly felt like visiting an old friend. We were seen the same day as our appointment and it was done that day (with cars this isn’t always possible) but it was so different from having to wait a week or more. They were upfront with everything and did an awesome job. My tire key thing was trapped in my broken glove box and I said he could just break it if he needed to, he not only got it out but was able to close the box again and didn’t charge me extra for the hassle. We have truly found a great team! Thanks guys!

Outstanding service on my Cadillac CTS. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. This is the part that will keep me coming back as long as they are open. While talking about the next service and what my plans are with the car he told me about things that should always be done at the dealer with OEM. (fluids particularly) This was new to me and because I was curious he took the time to explain it to me and it made total sense. The big deal for me it that he sent me somewhere else to get this done the best way possible, not the way that would make him more money. That's worth a mountain of gold to me. As soon as I finish this CTS up I'm getting another project car, maybe something that needs a BIG SWAP, and Big Dog Auto is going to help me from start to finish this time.
