“He was our savior.
Our family with 3 kids including a 2-month -old baby was traveling from the south for a very important competition in Boston and suddenly the car broke down on the highway. There’s only a few hours left and I was about to beg him for an immediate repair at a reasonable price.
I didn’t even have to.
He said we could grab a quick lunch, so we did. When we came back from McDonald’s, the car was fixed.
He charged us about $100.
It was 2 years ago, and I am not sure his name was John. (He was very young and was eating a gigantic sandwich.)
We still miss him and bless him every time we meet irresponsible mechanics.
I wish he lived nearby.

“Got a flat tire and contacted them about new tires (I had 2 that were in need of replacement soon as it was), they ordered and received them quickly and I had new ones on quite fast. Driving out after the replacement was smooth.They also noted another service I was in need of shortly and I admitted I was aware, but the tires were my priority today.Very helpful, upfront about the cost and didn't try to push additional services on me or price gouge me.
