I was able to schedule an appointment for my oil changed for my Audi Q5 they got me in in no time they were quick and very professional I will definitely be back for the next one thanks Auto First!!!

(Writing for one of kids) Took car in to get new alternator covered under warranty I purchased. The service team said battery was no good I need new one. So I bought one told them not to put in. After learning car was done and ready for pick up. They wanted to charge me for new battery and said old one was disposed of. I told them I didn’t want new battery but they installed anyway. After fighting to remove their battery they charged me all the labor from removing old and putting in new, to removing new again. I go to pick up car and my old battery is in car working fine. They scammed me out of hard earned money for my kids. All because I had something covered under warranty. Shady if you ask me. 10/10 would not recommend.

I had a great experience buying my car from Auto First. I was connected to MAX. He is exceptional. His charm is amazing. He got me financed without any hassle. He did a great job on helping me to select a car. He was right I love my Buick Regal, it's fully loaded. The service was quick. Max is a great person to help you. I had my last car stolen and totaled by the KIA boys in Rochester NY. So my situation wasn't the best. But Max the Million made it happen. This place is a miracle. I would recommend First Choice Auto to anyone in need of a car. Max Thanks for all you did for me. I will always remember you. Also you know how to make a person feel excited about buying a car. It was Great.

I was lost after looking at some buy here pay here places. When I tell you I called Auto first and Jenny answered the phone that night right before closing she had me in a car the next morning and her assistant was Max they both did a beautiful amazing job.. I thank God for Jenny she answered the phone she got the job done and I am forever grateful. So if you're looking for a decent car and some good people to work with you go to auto first in Enola?❤️

I recently bought a car from af , and I must say , I love the vehicle they sold Me , but their work ethic leaves a lot to be desired. The staff @ af are very lackadaisical and need to be more interested in there customers wants and needs. All things considered , they did Me right in My automobile purchase , but as far a prompt customer service , they need a lot of work in that area. Just saying
