“I am truly impressed by the professional coaches at D1 Training Team. My son has shown significant mental and physical growth in a short period by their guidance and support. Thanks to all the coaches for their dedication and positive impact on my son's development.”

2121 Mary St, Pittsburgh“I worked out at CFA while visiting Pittsburgh with my wife in August 2024. Overall a great facility in an historic building in South Side Flats: the New Brewhouse 1950, a part of the once thriving Duquesne Brewery Company. CFA has lots of floor space, rig room and equipment. Good parking on the street. This is a warehouse box: old industrial with big garage doors. (My only criticism is that the floor is slightly uneven, but this is unsurprising given the heritage of the building and a small quibble). While we attended an open gym slot, the coach on staff that day, Dylan, was very helpful, assisting my wife with her bespoke HYROX training plan. He ensured that a sled was available and provided my wife with a good space outside to push it as well as coaching tips. I will be back next time I am in the Steel City. Four of five stars only because I didn't attend a regular class and can't comment on the quality of the coaching. Otherwise, I strongly recommend.”
“I just completed the two week trial for sweat bar fitness. I have really enjoyed my time learning the gym/workouts and getting to know the coaches. They offer a variety of classes at different times each day so I got to meet a lot of different coaches and gym goers! Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful throughout each workout. I’m excited to start my new fitness journey at sweat bar! ??”
“I joined this gym to get in shape and learn some kettlebell skills and I've got that and more! I've had the pleasure of taking classes with 3 of the coaches and they have all been friendly and professional. The workouts have been tough but the coaches always have ways to adapt the work to your body type and current fitness level. The people at the gym have great as well; it's a cool community of people who are looking to put in the work! Great gym, cannot recommend it to anyone looking to get or stay fit!”
“The PERFECT Stretch. Tried a 25 min stretch at Stretch Lab. Was able to focus on an area during this session. Assisted stretching help move the body and active blood flow! StretchLab helps to increase flexibility, range of motion & energy! StretchLab offers both 25 min and 50 min sessions- both are perfect and come with their own benefits! They offer session packs and monthly memberships.”
“I have belonged to many gyms. This one is different. Personalized attention. Great personal trainers. They really work with you to promote success. They know who you are and encourage you to do as much as you can safely--increasing the intensity of your routine ongoing. I see progress! And I have fun doing the workouts. They are challenging but energizing and I always leave glad that I came.”

4885 McKnight Rd Suite 19A, Pittsburgh“I wasn’t a “group fitness” person until I tried Volofit. It’s just different, in the best ways. Workouts are efficient and effective…just an hour a day, a few times a week, and I started seeing details after just a couple weeks. Coaches, staff, and members are super friendly and helpful. Just try it!”

821 W Main St, Carnegie“If you are looking for a new workout you need to try Jazzercise! I fell in love about 8 years ago, have been coming almost everyday since. The class is fun and goes by quick. Burn calories, tone muscles, meet new friends, Give it a try, you’ll be happy you did.”
“Great gym, friendly owners, chill place to come and focus on your workout. Also have done personal training with Ryan in the past and found it really helpful to get started, stay motivated and make progress.”
“WOW! First words that came out of mymouth the moment I walked in. The place was full of energy! Everyone made me feel right at home. I never once felt like I was being judged if I had to do a move slower or change the move. First place I have been that I felt so comfortable on day one!”

212 44th St, Pittsburgh“Ray is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. He personalizes each workout and helped me work through several injuries and concerns I had prior to starting. He is engaged in my success, is a great motivator and communicates very effectively. Could not have asked for a better person to work with!”
“Welcoming community and challenging FOR YOU classes. Will definitely be back when visiting PGH. Thanks Wedford Burn Boot Camp for the free intro week. Wish you were in my neighborhood!”
“One of the best Corssfit community i've trained with. Amazing place to train, good plans, amazing coaches! It has a lot of parkings si it's easy to visit with car.”
“I love this place. Here is the deal-I am not an athlete and that’s ok.The coaches get that and help me work to my top potential. They customize the training to my level. This gym has two options-1. They have high energy classes that incorporate a little bit of everything from cardio to weight training to coordination drills.2. Semi personal training. It’s a great concept without the costs of a 1-1 trainer. Essentially there is a group of 8-10 students that rotate between eight sections. Each section has two different exercises. The trainers/coaches walk around and show you how to do each set. If you are not doing it correctly or they see an opportunity to improve, they will share with you. If you need a confidence boost, they will cheer for you. I really like this approach as I do not want a personal trainer to watch me every second and this style gives me the perfect amount of independence with support/guidance/motivation if I need it.Notes-1. I love the smoothie bar. Healthy smoothies that are low sugar. Huge perk.2. The coaches are great. They genuinely care and want to push you but are not over the top. They know what I need to work on and customize the workout so I stay safe but keep challenging me to push harder. My main coach is Kristen as she works nights and tends to always be there when I am there. She sold me on Faster and I’m glad she did. The Nicks, Charles, Megan, “T”, Jason, and Matt are all great. They know their stuff and get me through the workout. They really don’t have a bad egg at this place. Each have their own style but work well together.3. They have one of the fancy body analyzers to track your progress. Super interesting and worth trying.4. They work with a caterer if you need a meal plan and also sell their own supplements.Overall this is a good spot who will cater to your level and personality. I trust them fully.”

1625 Penn Ave Suite 101, Pittsburgh“Only great things to say about F45 in the Strip District. If working out is something you struggle to find the motivation to do, definitely give F45 a try. It completely changed my outlook on working out and for the first time I understand why people enjoy it!I've gone to 3 sessions so far. Chase, Emily, and Jordan (trainers) made it the most welcoming environment which was a huge part of me coming back, since I'm typically timid walking into any gym. On top of all of this, I have never had such a great work out/ have never felt so great after a work out.10/10 recommend.”
9:30AM - 1PM
1213 Bingham St, Pittsburgh“I decided to reach out to this gym after finding it on Instagram. Coach Adrian called me to talk about my concerns and answered my questions. I am 44 years old and noticed that the home workouts I have always done were not getting me the results that I was looking for. After meeting with Adrian at the gym, I decided to do their 6 week program and have seen major results! I committed to taking classes 3 to 4 times per week and followed the meal plan that was provided for me. In 6 weeks, I feel stronger, I have lost 10 pounds, and my clothes fit better than they have in a long time.I love the variety of class times (they offer 6 class times every weekday!), how every workout feels fun and different, and most of all that I feel challenged and accomplished every time I leave. I am hooked and look forward to where I will be in a other 6 weeks!”

“The coaches here understand their clientele. The programming is all encompassing with strength, metcon, or both. The owners take pride in their facility and equipment. You’ll notice that upon entering through the door. Overall it’s more than just a place to workout, it’s a place to get healthy through activity and nutrition planning.”

“AMP is such an incredible workout. Every class is something new and challenging. The workout templates are so impressive - you can tell that the coaches are extremely knowledgeable as to what workouts to pair together, in addition to the run cadences on the treadmill. The coaches themselves pay close attention to your capabilities and provide specific advice/encouragement based on your individual needs. It is the best gym out there with positive energy, a great workout, and charitable goals.”
“Great old school feeling of a weight room with some nice updates including a basketball court, tennis courts, track, turf area and several other amenities. They also open up at 4am daily. I highly recommend”
“This gym is an amazing find! I have been focusing on yoga and dance for many years, and I decided to start to integrate strength training. The bootcamp classes and the personal training sessions are outstanding here at Pittsburgh Pro Fitness. The staff is great about working with people of different ages and backgrounds, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.”
