I would not even give them a star there hours ain't right on the empourium building can't even drop off my grandfather equipment and cant but they want to sit there and bill people for not returning the equipment this is sad

Horrible! Unsteady service for months. No one from technical service to maintenance communicate. 30 disconnects in 30 hours for well over thirty days.

Never available to pick up and talk to you and the service is so spotty it's unreal.. if my area had anyone else I'd leave immediately.

Amazing when it works but it's up and down multiple times a week. You would think that with a new gaming router and new high speed modem you'd get a good connection for wired or WiFi but it's a constant battle to work when you connection slows, freezes, speeds up and repeats all day long! Customer service is great!

This review is for Zito Media in southern CA. I'm seventy years old and this is --without irony or exaggeration--the worst company I've ever dealt with. I don't understand how a company can be this awful and remain in business. The only things they did well were sales and installation (the guy came on time and he did a good job). I first wrote billing too, but then remembered they never missed a billing but managed to screwed it up often and good luck getting them to fix their mistake. The WIFI signal they provide is usually choppy and often goes off for half a day and once or twice a month can go our for a few days at a time. During these periods they seem to stop answering the phone. A friend was telling me yesterday that she had just spent three days TRYING TO GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE along with spending hours on hold. (She is retired and the tv is important to her.) I have also spent hours and days trying to get them to answer the phone. The last time, after two days without being able to talk with anyone, I cancelled the "service", which even that was not easy to do and, two months later I still have not received my refund and I've called several times. Awful, awful, awful. Their "customer service" is a joke. The staff that answers can't do a thing so they are polite but accentually say, "it will be fixed when it is fixed." I once went into the local office, thinking I might get better service there, the girl behind the counter could barely pull her eyes off the television and her phone and I felt like I'd walked into someone's house where their angry/pouty/bitchy/absolutely-don't-care/leave so I can get back to what I was doing teenager lives. This from a company I was buying a "service" from. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. A THOUSAND MORE AWFULS. If you have any other choice, any possible other choice, do it, take it, pay more and get a company that provides something close to what they promise. Zito, a shameful excuse for a company.

We have been without internet for 11 days. Every day we call and wait 15+ minutes to talk to a service rep. Every day that I call I find out that my previous day's work order has been cancelled or claimed to be fixed, a new work order is filed and we are told it will be 24-48 hours. Zito Media is claiming it is an issue at our house even though several people in our neighborhood are also experiencing an outage. We have explained repeatedly that it is not a house issue it is a mainline issue. By day 8 I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told a supervisor was unavailable and a ticket was filed to have a supervisor call me back. Over 48 hours later I have yet to be called back by the supervisor. Today we were told that people that aren't authorized to close out work orders closed out our last one and we still do not have internet. Do NOT ever opt for internet services from Zito Media.

Staff is great and friendly. Service is just about ok. If the wind blows it goes.

I cancelled my service and tried to return my box but he office was closed when it should have been open but the lady that was suppose to be there was late to work. They charged my credit card because I was an auto-pay customer for not returning the equipment after I called three times to try to figure out how to return the box we live 4 hours away the box was from our cabin. I pay to return the box by certified mail and when I saw they fit it I called and the woman gave me a refund for returning the equipment that was in November of 2020 o get a call from a collection agency in April sayin I owe Zito media money I have been trying to get this resolved since then but no one will return my calls or they just keep transferring me so not use them!

This is absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had in all my life. Daily outages, horrendous customer service. DO NOT GET ZITO MEDIA IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!

I am so extremely frustrated with Zito Media.....we switched to Roku because cable is becoming obsolete.....internet may as well be obsolete too because Zito's internet is on and off ALL the time! Mostly off i might add....then to call(a complete joke)....i called 3 times today....1 hour 30 minutes 1st time so I hung up, 47 minutes 2nd call and I hung up , 34 minutes the 3rd time and I hung up and finally the 4th time someone answered after 6 minutes. ....and of course a "setting was wrong in the Roku" I have heard that so many times from different technicians that I don't know who is actually correct anymore.If there were another service provider for internet that was worthy, we'd switch!!!

Internet does not work and goes out all the time. Also, speeds are not nearly as high as they say. I honestly hate Zito with a passion
