Can you please understand I have never stepped foot in this establishment. But hear me out. I purchase a vehicle from another person whose service was provided by Cools Auto repair. He put a battery in this vehicle and October of 2023. I purchased the vehicle in February of 2024. The first cold snap in the battery died. Knowing that this battery had been recently replaced I contact the local Napa as that is the brand name on the battery. Napa tells me this battery was sold to cools in 2019. Let me explain that the lifespan of a car battery is 3 to 5 years. This battery when he put it in this vehicle was already 4 years old. Past the warranty as most of Napa's warranties are only 3 years. Napa refused to replace the battery. For obvious reasons. I didn't bother cool because if he's going to do something like
that in the beginning why would I bother.? How can you trust somebody who sells you expired or close to expired battery. But I guess because we're women we're not supposed to understand how that works. However I worked in a parts store long enough to understand how this works. So even after trying to get a warranty value on this battery it was past it's warranty by a full year and some change. Do better!

Rick was very professional and looked over my damaged car with precision and great detail. He gave me an estimate for my insurance co. That was throw and detailed all my needs for my insurance co. He then gave me planed outline of my timeframe of when the work would be done, and my car was completed and looked great. I highly recommend Cool’s auto body repair to anyone. Rodney LaBorde, a very happy customer.
