Dusty old fat lady at the counter was rude and racially profiled me as soon as I walked in the door and made sure to point it out while I was at the register she works nights.

I went to get a bagel this morning, and there were only two people working behind the counter to make sandwiches. There were about 10 people waiting for their orders. I asked the management if they could help the staff, and the management just walked away without even bothering them. He said they didn't call for help. I'd say the management here is not very helpful.

The last 3 orders were screwed up, and they can't seem to help us. I would advise avoiding this place. They are ignorant and kept hanging up on us. They basically said not their problem.

Always forget something in the order such as, a whole entree. I like the quality and speed however if you don't double check the bag you missed your meal. Can't always run back to ask for it. The mobile app gives you no option to communicate a problem with the mobile order.

Slow as balls. Lunch rush you think they'd have more ppl making lunch. Well there was only two ppl and 10 people waiting. I ended up leavin after paying for my food because I got places to be and do t have 30 mins to wait

DO NOT GO HERE. I have been coming here for MONTHS and have had enough!! Screw up after screw up, rude clerk after rude clerk, they will royally screw your order and have ZERO customer service. Some people applaud the customer service, I've had nothing but rude faces and forced rewards ads. (Yes, the management makes the employees push the rewards cards to customers) This place is an absolute abomination, seems they don't care on purpose. The cashier clerks, specific ones in mind, are so cold to me everyday. The food is NEVER right, it's almost like try to mess it up at this point I just really can't believe it after months of observation. Trust me, I was a wawa associate at the sister store down in Wescosville, wawa 287, and we would have been freaking fired for the way they run this zoo, its a disgrace. They do not care, AT ALL and it's so evident. They will just stop working and have social hour in the middle of making food all the time, multiple times there's been hair, random food, and nothing on my order that I had selected. Pure LAZINESS! WAKE UP!! I wish I could include pictures, because I have been watching this wawa for months with nothing but bad things to say, backed up by evidence with pictures. Please save your time and mental sanity, avoid this wawa. So unfortunate, I hate writing bad reviews but this is bad
