We’ve been going here for quite some time. I always feel treated fairly. They know our names. I’ve looked around, they seem to have the best prices on tires. Service is always the day they say.

Bought “new tires” here that were date codes 2002, 2005, 2007 and 2012. Check your dates or else you could get dry rot on your brand new tires. Other reviewers also mentioned this. Bad practice putting others in harms way to save a few bucks.Update: I've spend over $2000 in tires with United Tire between 2019 and 2021. I have the receipts for tires for three different vehicles. All have been found to have date codes from years ago which was brought to my attention by an inspection station - not United Tire, who used to do our inspections. If you are able to provide a full refund for all of the tires purchased as new but sold decades old, I would greatly appreciate this since they are unsafe and date coded over a decade or two decades ago. Shameful business practice ripping off paying customers.

Things have changed!!!! Used to be helpful and friendly, not anymore!! Walked in no appointment, I was ignored for five minutes before even being acknowledged, then waited longer. The woman behind the counter rudely asked what I wanted, I told her I had a screw in my tire. She quickly snapped at me “gonna be an hour and a half” now I have already found the screw, marked the position on the tire, and made it known that you didn’t even need a lift to repair it, just the tools, a $2 plug, and 2 minutes, all of which I was willing to pay $20 bucks for. Needless to say I went to autozone bought plugs (I already had the tools to do the job) fixed my tire and discovered a business that doesn’t value neighbors who are a stone’s throw away!!

Keeps up the United Tire reputation. Excellent service and the best price even when you go on United tires. Com you'll see slightly more expensive quotes, in Emmaus I got 4 Yokohama for 980$ everything included while online the same thing was 1080$

We had a wonderful experience here! Dawn at the front desk was super nice and helpful. We are new to the area and weren't sure where to take our vehicles for an honest inspection, so very glad we found United! We never felt pressured or misled at all.
