I went to topstar this evening and the gentleman Bruce was AWESOME ! Customer service skills WAY above average ! He deserves recognition from the higher ups ! I cant say I've ever had a memorable experience with a topstar employee until today ! Bravo Bruce !

Apparently, Top Star has known for MONTHS that their gas pumps are more susceptible to skimmers since someone has a master key to the pumps they have by a certain manufacturer. Multiple skimmers have been found at the SAME location (Laurys Station) in August, September, and October - and now another one this month. The president of the company says that they are looking at ways to combat the problem - new hardware, new pumps, special security tape....but none of these things

This being the gas station my employer uses to fuel our inventory, I am here multiple time a day. The staff is very down to earth providing a relaxed atmosphere where anyone would be comfortable conversing for a minute or two.

Consumables are priced below most major convenience retailers with the fuel pricing being average for the region.

i stopped at top star on 5/7/16 at 4pm. let me tell you i never was spoken to the way this rude cashier spoke to me today. first i go into that store daily spend around 20.00 a day and also once a week spend another 40.00 for gas. but i was the 3rd person in line and the girl worker had not a clue what she was doing. she saw i had lottery in my hands also tea and bread and oj. she said in front of everyone i will ring you up for the items but for the lottery you got to wait.

I stopped at the Top Star at Rt 73 and Rt 222 this morning. I bought a small white milk with the experation date of March 4th. It was sour. I told a worker a while back that the coolers were not cold enough, she agreed but apparently nothing was done. I also purchased a Tasty Cake and I didn't notice but the package was opened and they were hard. I called the store and left the lady know and she said thank you. Not I'm sorry can I do anything to make it right. I know this will not go any further than this. I'm really sure I will not stop there again.

I just went to store 109 where I try to have two sandwiches me when I said hello to the girl behind the counter she rolled her eyes at me and continue to make herself a sandwich to eat. Wow my friends and I waited for five minutes at the sandwich counter and older woman continue to look at us but never asked what we wanted on tell my friend said excuse me. And then when I asked for the number for the manager they gave me the wrong phone number but the employee who threatened to cut my throat but tell me she couldn't because she was on the job was on the phone with the manager telling her a whole bunch of lies I would like top start to pull the audio and the video so I can press charges on this woman because she threatened to kill me over a sandwich top star please give me some justice in this this is ridiculous
