I really recomend this company 100%, I call for some doubts due it's my first time and they answer very kindly. And I was scare is gonna take so long for the delivery, but oh surprise and less than 8 days I have my breast pump at home. Thanks

The owner, Patty, went above and beyond to help resolve a manufacturer problem with a pump I ordered through her shop's website. I'm so very happy that she did because I'm already having an easier time with this pump vs the hospital rental I have been using. Shipping is fast and Patty obviously cares greatly about providing mothers with the help and care they need. Thank you greatly!<3 Mama & baby Lucius

I ordered on 7/27 and was told the turnaround time was 2-3 days. It is now 8/8 and I still haven’t received my “up charges breast pump ”I’ve had to contact customer service for updates on my breast pump multiple times and was told that I’d receive a call backs; however no one ever calls back.I also didn’t get a shipment confirmation and had to call and ask for it to be sent to me, which finally happened yesterday 8/7.Shipping says it was shipped out 8/4 yet the arrival date just keeps moving back.I have my scheduled delivery on 8/16 and this has just been so stressful.I regret going through the breastfeeding shop. It hasn’t been a pleasant experience at all.

The customer service is amazing! They do all of the communicating with your insurance so you don't have to make any calls and they keep you updated throughout the process of getting everything ordered. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Horrible communication! I placed an order for a pump and when selecting the product, the website made no mention of the product being on backorder. Had I known the item was backordered, I would’ve selected a different item or ordered elsewhere. Very soon after my order was placed I received a notice that the shipping label had been created, leading me to believe the product would arrive before I gave birth. Unfortunately this is not the case as customer service said they preemptively create shipping labels, even for backordered products. The product unfortunately will not arrive in time, which is infuriating! I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews before ordering from this company, who clearly does not communicate when something is backordered! I will not recommend this company to ANYONE!!! I’d give it zero stars if I could!

**UPDATED**The owner Patty contacted me right away after I posted my review and made sure a new box was sent out right away. It had arrived by the time I made it home from the hospital with my baby girl and I’m very thankful it did. Delivery mistakes/issues happened that were out of her control but she still made sure everything was made right in the end.I have ordered and was charged $60 for their breastfeeding box back on June 21st along with my breast pump that was covered by my insurance. Although I received my breast pump already I did not receive the additional box I had paid for. I have contacted them twice with no reply. It’s a shame that they would put a new expecting mother through this unnecessary stress and refuse to do anything to help rectify it.

At first, I thought the reviews here were not real but once I experienced it, can't help but add a review too. I ordered my breast pump on Wednesday, they reviewed and approved my prescription on Thursday. They shipped my order on Friday and just received it Tuesday the next week. It is so hassle free. Hands down to the customer service too. They are so helpful and answered all my questions as this is my first time to use and order a breast pump.

This was my third child and third time going through Breastfeeding Shop. Every single time, they made the process very simple from start to finish. Their website is very easy to use and I especially appreciated that they did all the work of reaching out to my doctor for prescriptions. They shipped right away and my pump and accessories arrived much quicker than expected! Thank you so much, Breastfeeding Shop! Can’t recommend them enough!

This is my second time ordering from The Breastfeeding Shop and customer service has been great! The second time around, I didn't read my prescription stating it needed to be an "electric" pump, as I did pick out one, however, The Breastfeeding Shop went ahead and notified me and my OB for an update and service was prompt. Before I knew it, my pump has already arrived earlier than expected. Thank you for making the process smooth and easy for a second time mom.

The process to obtain a breast pump was incredibly easy. They honestly did 90% of the work. Their customer service is also amazing. I had an issue with my pump (nothing to do with them) and they still went above and beyond to help me with the situation. Customer service like that hardly exists anymore. I highly recommend them.

I have used The Breastfeeding Shop to order my breast pump for my last two kiddos. I have had a great experience both times with the company! They are so easy to work with, always kept me informed on order updates, and are so quick to respond when I have questions. Great company! I was 5 weeks pp when I found this company. I tried applying with similar companies but my insurance company's name didn't come up, but with The Breastfeeding Shop it did! It was extremely easy to apply online, I had up to date emails informing along the way and very willing to always be available if I had any questions. My pump came within a week of applying which I was very excited and thankful for. Thank you so much!

I just needed an SNS and although it does ship quickly, I think they use FedEx 2 day shipping, the first delivery was that they sent me a diaper liner. I was so confused. I reached out to the person who helped me and I got a undeliverable email from yahoo and so I had to contact their main customer service email and they took a lil while and so I had to do more leg work and contact them on FB to make sure my message was “seen”. Well they sent me my SNS but they sent an expired one. I contacted Medela since they would know better and below is their answer.Thank you for reaching out.The expiration date on sterile product provides our assurance of sterility up until that date. Beyond that date, no guarantee of sterility can be provided. You can still use the product you would just have to clean and sterilize it before use.Have a great day!Kind Regards,Customer Excellence Representative, Mom & Baby Care, US/JoAnnWell, I don’t want to contact The Breastfeeding Shop again. I am already dealing with a newborn, toddler and being a housewife with more things to deal with and I’m not in the mood to do back and forth e-mail. They said it can be used but it’s humbug to sterilize it, when I am already struggling to do other things in the house with the newborn, toddler, lack of sleep and exhaustion.

They truly know their customers need convenience, kindness, and grace as we all navigate the parenting world.
