I've been going to the shop for well over a decade. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and have kept me rolling happily for years. Highly recommend. (I'm not from San Fran...not sure why Yelp thinks I am!)

Talk about personal service! I recently had a pretty good tumble on a gravel ride. Broke my helmet (it saved me) and tore my left shoe. Both are unusual sizes and models. They had my replacement helmet in two days and the shoes on a week. When each item arrived, i got a text letting me know. Like I said, service!
