I switched from CVS in Emmaus after multiple issues with filling medications, delays etc. Rite aid has been wonderful they look at the medications send in ans basically triage them, if they see antibiotics they will try to get them done sooner. I've never had to wait more then a few minutes, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I switched

Pharmacy is suppose to be open until 6pm on Sunday. I’m here now 5:13pm 7/2/23 and it’s already closed. No one available to assist. Screams are down and locked.

Wonderful store with great selections and prices. Clean and well stocked shelves with competitive prices. Friendly and attentive staff. So much better than cvs. Love this store and their reward point program. Great store .

My rating is for the male pharmacist at Rite Aid in Emmaus. I am sorry, I can't recall his name. I was there for two shingles shots. He gave me the first one and was very gentle and concerned for me. When the 2nd shot arrived about a month or two later, it was the same pharmacist. Once again, he was very kind and administered the shot as I sat, making sure my arm was relaxed in a correct position. I hardly felt it at all. He took great care of me, asking me if I felt OK. When I assured him I felt well, he said I could go. I thanked him for his courteous service. I would go there for a shot and service anytime with that nice and caring pharmacist.

My rating is only for my last visit. I never received my $10 bonus for purchasing $40 during their Black Friday event. I went to this location and told the very nice associate. She said I need to talk to the manager. So TRACY came to speak with me. She acted annoyed from the moment she opened her mouth. I was told ... in a extremely curt manner that she cannot do a thing about it and I need to call 1800riteaid. So I asked if she would call for me....her response .... no I can't they will want your personal information which I don't know...and she walked away ...... very insulting..so I stood there and called... the woman on the other end was fantastic and took care of the issue in 5 minutes...and the ONLY information she needed was my phone number...I bought a couple items and went to check out..the manager was the woman who checked me out...she said nothing did not even ask how I made out with my call..shame on you Tracy!
